Great stay at Homewood Suites Shreveport Our baseball just spent a week here. We all had a great stay. The staff, Belinda, Diamond, and Shameka were super friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice pool and basketball court for the kids. Overall, we all had a great experience at the Homewood Suites Shreveport.

Not a bad experience. Not great either. Chose this hotel due to a room big enough for our family of 6 without getting two rooms. Its location is not necessarily convenient to anything. Parking lot was hard to navigate mostly due to vehicles with trailers etc. taking up the majority of spots due to their length. App was having problems so contactless check in did not work nor did the keyless entry. Was issued room keys, only one of them worked. Keyless began working later. Room was clean and comfortable enough on a very hot day. The two bedroom suite was cool but there was a portable air conditioner in the middle / kitchen / living area that was very loud. Staff (NySheka) at check in was the friendliest most attentive person I met on this particular trip. She deserves a raise. Breakfast was typical of this level hotel. Overall a good stay.

My home away from home I stay here every week because of my job. Some times 2-3 weeks. Very quiet and nice place to stay. Clean and the staff is great. Tonight I was having issues making a 2 week reservation starting next Monday. So I went to the front desk and spoke with Ms Dricka who is a sweet heart. She is very pleasant, friendly and easy to talk too. In no time at all Ms Dricka had my reservation set up. Thank you Ms Dricka!!!

Home away from home! _ Dreika my girl! ! We have made fast friends! She is so helpful and makes sure we have all we need. We will be here for a while bc our house flooded. We choose Hiltons for a reason! Because of sweet caring people like Dreika! She is a gem and we are thankful she is here to take care of us!

Overrated Chose this hotel bc of its rating on TripAdvisor. Really shocked by the high rating after staying there. Service was outstanding. The front desk employees were super nice however we did the digital key so not a lot of interaction with them. Room was a bit outdated, felt super sticky air conditioning wise. Lighting was rather dark. We just stayed one night and it was just to sleep and get on our way the next morning. Maybe I’m just missing what made it 5 bubbles. It was just an okay experience.
