Great hotel! Great staff, wonderful location next to the airport, loved the free breakfast and can't wait to stay again on my return trip!! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful I couldn't have asked for better staff! The hotel is under renovations but it didn't affect my stay!

Hotel overhaul should include breakfast We knew with the budget price and location by the airport that his would be a no frills overnight stay. The property has seen a lot of wear and tear, but is currently under renovation. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. The big disappointment was expected breakfast and going down to empty counters at peak breakfast time. Skimpy sausage and eggs, no bread, no cereal, no fruit, no dairy. We had to check out and find another breakfast option which put us in a time crunch and impacted the rest of our day. If they had told us he might before that supplies were limited, we could have adjusted our plans.

Filthy We stayed for two nights. On the first night we had to move rooms three times for various reasons: 1. First room heat was set to 85 so we turned it down and opened a window only to find out the window wasn’t secure and that’s a problem since we were in the first floor. 2. The second room was haphazardly slapped together, missing curtains, extremely loud ac unit, only two channels on the tv, but the window could be secured. 3. Our final room change was extremely filthy (see pics from bathroom) and smelled heavily of BO. Plus the room was a nonsmoking room and there was cigarette ashes under a nightstand (see photo). We also encounter large roaches in the hallway and terrible plumbing with the shower/bathtub faucets. It was clear to see they are trying to renovate this hotel. The staff stay to themselves unless there is a problem, or they need your room. Our checkout was for noon, they started coming to the door at 9a to rush us out. Will not be coming back to stay.

Do not book here- you will regret it! Most horrible experience at a hotel ever! Rooms were cancelled without notice, had to rebook online to get discounted price. Went to two rooms and neither of them had been cleaned. People were checking out left and right, rooms had not been cleaned, no heat, no blankets, no hot water, sewage smells, room keys did not work. Night clerk was the rudest I have ever encountered- ended up getting a refund along with other guests and trying to find another hotel at 11:00 pm Will never stay at o e of these again.

Hotel was fine, no problems After reading the recent 1* reviews, I was concerned about my stay. This post is to provide a good review to provide some "balance" that others have posted. Perhaps I was fortunate as I had no problems. I had just arrived at the airport at 10 am and was checking in early. The desk agent mentioned that they are underdoing refurbishing part of the hotel, so it took a 15 minutes to find a room. The room was clean and was clean (hardwood floors). The hotel is accross the street from the airport and is about a 10 minute walk. There is a Waffle House nearby, but no other restaurants of note. The fitness equipment was fine.
