Lovely helpful staff I was stranded 100 miles away, and had to be towed into Sidney, a town I did not know. The desk lady gave me the names of nearby auto repair approved by AAA, so I could contact them directly before my tow arrived (I had plenty of time-- hours!) She was sweet and kind and helpful, and set up my room, even through two changes, with efficiency and kindness.

Clean and Comfortable This property is very neat and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the standard fare. We were traveling home after 3 weeks out west, so just looking for clean and affordable.

No Quality at the Quality Inn This is the worst Quality Inn that I have stayed at. This hotel needs a major renovation. The locked external doors have no locks. At my entrance was an non-working ice machine. When I checked in, the lady said that I should do my internet business quickly as their WIFI system quickly becomes overwhelmed. There were few guests and my WIFI signal was weak but adequate. There were very few guests. My room had been cleaned, sort of. The entire building has a strang scent of perfume. I went to the breakfast. The orange machine would not work and I found the attendant who turned it on and quickly disappeared. Then I had to find him again as the milk container was empty. On the positive side I had a good bed and good shower. I will not be returning.

Horrible place! My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of days. The GM let's the housekeepers kids play in the lobby while they work. Shower was broken. Odors of Marijuana everyday. Disgusting do better! This place needs new management! We have stayed once a year for the last 4 years and it's getting worse!

Stay Away, Rodents and Unlocked Exterior Doors After a long hot day on motorcycles we were really looking forward to a clean, comfortable room. Unfortunately that is not what we got. The first room we were given had rodent droppings on the bed. We should have left then. I immediately called the front desk and informed them we would need a different room and why. While the desk clerk was finding me a new room, she stated “of course, there will be no charge for the room”. Once settled in a different room we ordered in food after agreeing to carry any leftover food and wrappings to a trash can outside our room to avoid tempting any rodents to visit during the night. After packing up in the morning, I went to the front desk to return the keys. The desk clerk provided me with a copy of the bill showing a room charged to my credit card and a $40 balance. I repeated the conversation from the night before where we were told there would be no charge. The clerk called her manager who said they weren’t charging us for the FIRST room, the one we never used due to the rodent droppings on the bed. Well, I should hope not! The clerk said she would investigate the balance and call us back with a resolution which she did later that day. On my way out, I asked is they were aware that at least 3 of the 4 exterior doors that are supposed to be locked and require a hotel key to enter (labeled as such) were broken, that anyone could walk in easily. Her response - the manager is talking to the owner about that.
