Great place to stay Front desk staff was great, rooms were sufficient size, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options for the vegans and the non-vegans. Coffee was great and flavored creamer is always appreciated (by the non-vegans). They also had almond milk. The to-go bag in the morning with a bottle of water, an apple and a granola bar was an extra special touch.

Hilton Honors what exactly? Even a natural disaster isn’t a good excuse for a cancellation instead the GM chose to fall back on the cancellation policy. Too sad when profit trumps common sense particularly for a hotel experiencing above normal demands. Most likely resulted in a double rental.

Beware of safety issues I was in Sierra Vista for a family memorial. To begin with I was surprised that a senior rate was over $200. But, as the family was staying together I stayed at the Hampton. I expected a quality experience. The room was clean and there was a gathering space in the lobby that was good for our family to get together. When I went to take a shower and pulled on the towel bar to open the door it slid down the door. Upon further investigation the entire shower door was in dis repair. See photos attached. When checking out another guest was reporting falling in the bathtub because there were no safety strips in the tub. Safety issues at this hotel.

Awful experience at this hotel The hotel sign at the front desk says 100% guarantee but the staff has limited authority to take any action, and the manager was not on site. The room we booked and got was two queen beds but an unsatisfactory location. We asked to move and there was availability according to the app, but the clerk had no authority to do that. The room was dirty--shower full of hair and not cleaned, toilet grungy and stained, sheets had hair from previous users. The refrigerator was broken and noone on site to fix it. I wrote a letter to corporate and the hotel and Hilton opened a case file and assured me I would hear back within 3 days. That was 11 days ago with no contact. I expect and usually get a lot better from Hampton Inn.

Poor Service Dirty laundry (sheets and towels) had been left on hotel room floor by Housekeeping after returning to my room after a full day. I called the front desk and the representative came to my room profusely apologized and removed dirty laundry herself. The coffee in the urn near the lobby was dark and thick. The coffee urn was the same one used for breakfast also. This was the worst tasting coffee I have ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was simply frozen food barely warmed up in the warming trays. All of the information above was submitted to the area general manager of the Hampton Inn in an email survey request received from them after returning home. The general manager responded by email by stating to me to pass my concerns to the Hampton Inn Sierra Vista staff. I found his comment insulting. After all, what is his responsibility is???
