Nice, Comfortable Stay Clean and cute. My husband and I stayed here a few days while I was attending a training. The staff were friendly and helpful (we had a little mess up on our part with a late check-in, and they were so polite about it and quick to fix it). The breakfast had a lot of food provided and the pool was nice. The restaurant located on property was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

AZ BDR Kick Off I am always looking for cool hotels. Passing through on motorcycle ride and stayed one night in Sierra Suites Boutique Hotel. Great place, old school design, two stories with two courtyards and large rooms. The best thing about the hotel is the maintenance, the place is really clean and maintenance is kept up. The beds are nice and they have large TV's, not the small one some hotels put in rooms. Having an on-site restaurant is nice and the food is good. If I find myself back in Sierra Vista I know I am staying here again.

BANDITS IN THE WILD WEST of SIERRA SUITES Sierra Suites unfortunately was NOT A Great Experience for me. I booked a room for a High Regarded Official on a Special Commission seeking to remain Private tending to Affairs of Diplomacy and from the Heat going out in the Room during the night to have addressed promptly the next morning annulled the chills throughout the night he endured however upon His departure for meetings on the Military Base for a few hours upon him returning to His Room that he specified NO SERVICE NEEDED Privacy Please, his toiletries and toiletry bag were missing he goes to front desk to complain and within an hour Management returns with bag with female toiletries items inside therefore they took items returned bag yet when expressed that those items are not his they emphasized they will look further. How embarrassing is this for my relations with such a high regarded and respected party. The items are trivial in nature, it’s the Theft from a Sacrosanct High Priest of the most Antiquities Religious Orders in the World is truly appalling,sad and unforgivable but it’s even worse that someone who is working a job finds the need to still steal with NO ACCOUNTABILITY or RECOURSE. Be careful, Be aware, Be Mindful…….. There are Bandits in these parts, safeguard your wares the Integrity of Safeguarding the Privacy and Security of the customers is not of priority at Sierra Suites….. BEST WESTERN SIERRA VISTA will get our Organization support and business from NOW ON can’t go WRONG with them they TRULY take PRIDE in Safeguarding their Brand but unfortunately Sierra Suites is far below par in providing adequate Secure and Safe Services for a Hospitality Establishment. Theft of any SORT goes to Creditability, Integrity and Professionalism and as such Sierra Suites gets a “F” on Safety, Security and Privacy and will NOT BE REFERRED, RECOMMENDED, CONSIDERED, THOUGHT OF, ASKED ABOUT or EVEN READ about their business practices and ethics on Stealing is Below Industry Standards in the Hospitality Industry. Surely the petty theft is of NO FACTOR to their BRAND and therefore it is of interest that All parties seeking to take accommodations at the SIERRA SUITES should consider the risks verse the Mediocre accommodations being offered at such PRICES. Paying for Accommodations to Host an International Official to be stolen from or taken advantage of in the FUTURE IS NOT on the AGENDA of Our Agency going forward.

Comfortable stay at the Suites. It’s a comfortable night’s stay. Comfortable bed and very clean rooms. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good. Would appreciate fruit as an option. La Casita Mexican Restaurant is very good. Don’t let other reviewers steer you wrong.

Pet friendly human friendly oasis I really loved this place. The staff is so friendly and I appreciated that it was such a dog friendly place. The beds & pillows are a little uncomfortable but I bought a pillow to help out with that. Other than that, 10/10 experience and I’d love to come back in the future.
