Northern Lights Trip Room 334 This location is very easy to find. We reserved a room with a view of the Missouri River. Very good choice. Room clean and well stocked. Bed very comfy with soft sheets. Room was dark and quiet.  Bathroom towels were also soft. Check-in was very easy and young lady was very helpful. Check-out was fast and we were wished a safe trip by the desk clerk. I recommend.

Very nice place to stay! The rooms are large and spacious and CLEAN! The indoor heated pool was immaculate. The beds were super comfy. There isn't currently a whole lot around the hotel, so I'm thinking it's a fairly new building, but the hotel being secluded is more of a plus than a drawback for me personally as I hate being woken up by passing traffic. Highly recommend this hotel!

Disappointed in this Hilton Stayed here two different nights on our roadtrip. The lobby is what you would expect from a Hilton. The room....not so much. The carpet is old looking. The sink and counter was updated but the electrical outlets were old. The bathtub had stains on it both dates we were there (different rooms). They also must have a bar soap shortage. They only provide one. If you need more for handsoap you have to go to the front desk. FYI this hotel only has housekeeping every other day. The bed was very uncomfortable. Even the hall carpet looks tired. When I went to check out nobody was there. I waited as long as I could and just left my keys and wrote a note that I checked out. I called when I was on the road and a desk clerk answered. I advised her I put my room keys on her desk and told her to email my receipt. Will not stay at this hotel again and will be more careful when picking Hilton Garden locations.

Most Unsanitary Hotel Experience EVER I have had poor experiences with hotels in the past but have never felt compelled to write a review…until last night. To say it was a poor experience would be an absolute understatement. If I had to describe our experience in one word, it would be HORRIFIC. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was a half-full Pepsi can sitting on a shelf. We then instantly noticed red stains everywhere. It appeared there was no attempt made to clean the stains at all. Moving into the bathroom, the rubber baseboard under the sink had completely fallen off. When pulling the shower curtain back, there were two random black hairs in the tub. The shades in our room did not close so we had a street light beaming into our room all night. Once daylight hit (we checked in after 9pm) we noticed crumbs and what appeared to be food remnants every few feet. The carpet was so filthy we wouldn’t allow the kids to walk barefoot…their socks were brown by the time they took them off. Absolutely nothing topped what we saw next…the too half of a rotten strawberry in the corner (in the photos). I have stayed at some not so great hotels…but they were at least clean. This was beyond unclean…it was unsanitary. When we complained to the front desk, the wonderful woman offered to come clean the room…but we knew this was something a quick 15-minute cleaning couldn’t fix…this room needed a deep clean…the likes of which it probably has never seen. When we asked for a manager, we were told there isn’t one on site for the weekend. There was nowhere to go last night as every hotel was sold out. At 4am I searched one last time for another place to stay…we got SO lucky and snagged the last room at the Warrior Hotel…a VASTLY different experience! While the hotel didn’t not charge us a cancellation for checking out today (a day early), we were still charged over $300 for last night which is absolutely appalling considering the deplorable conditions in our room. Stay far far away if you’re looking for a clean place to stay. This is far from that.
