Checked in, went to room, and LEFT IMMEDIATELY First off, this is NOT a Holiday Inn. It was once a Holiday Inn, and probably a nice one in about 1988, but it is an absolute dump. Saw black mold behind peeling wallpaper when I walked in. The TV stand was pulled away from the wall because something clearly happened behind it. The "desk" was two sofa tables standing together near the door. There are cockroaches everywhere and the carpet in the hallway is black (it didn"t start out as black, trust me) They advertise an indoor pool and spa. Both are closed. No breakfast, no amenities, no redeeming value. There are vagrants and beggars outside and the new management is doing nothing to stop any of t. I checked in, walked in my "room", said "NOPE!" and went straight to the front desk to tell them it's a dump and there is no way I'm staying. To her credit, the girl at the front desk didn't even try to put up an argument. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

4 nights Older hotel but is well maintained. It's more on the edge of the city by the highway but you can get everywhere you need to easily. Good prices, staff was friendly and quick with check in. Room is a little small and so is bathroom but like I said, older hotel. Fitness center and pool looked good. Restaurant off lobby is good and there are others in walking distance. Easy to get around and in and out of.

The worst IHG This was by far the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed. Im/was a member but after this experince will choose other buisness/brands. The fire alarm went off for around 30 minutes " due to someone pulling it on the 2nd floor" while employees stated they had to wait for maintenance to arrive and after that went off again...I am deaf in 1 ear and after that noise was very hard for me to hear...went to my room and then got a call that "we" were being to loud, asked the front deak lady if it was me or my dog, she stated that she didn't know, someone complained... Well at my inconvience I chaged rooms, after speaking with her, " I talk to loud". This is discriminatory. I called IHG to tell them what happened here and they didn't act like they care..Told them I know longer want to be a member of IHG and will never stay at one of there hotels again..guyvm said okay..

Issues but no solutions offered Hotel is old, needs some TLC. There was tape all over our ceiling where someone hung party favors. A pair of men's shower shoes still in the closet, ceiling is coming apart in the shower, etc. Paid for breakfast but not open due to no staff. Not staying here again.
