excellent experience stayed overnight on a road trip. Easy access off the highway, VERY clean and comfortable bed. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful in suggestions for dinner. When we first went down for breakfast, the room was packed with a bus tour, so we waited a bit and went back... the food selection was more than adequate with waffles, cereal, toast, eggs, meat selections, fruit, yogurt and juices.... plenty of protein selections and not all carbs!!!!! I would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area. One note though, the pool is not in operation, desk staff said that it is most likely permanently closed.

No pool! NO POOL they completely closed it according to front desk. We Booked because it said pool 24 hours. Tv only had a few channels that worked-reason for lower stars. The rest of hotel is nice ac worked, clean room had vending machines the front office lady was nice. Close to everything the location couldn’t be any better.

FALSE INFORMATION so when i got there they ask did i live in Sioux city i said yes they then said because i live in the city there hotel is in i cant book there, then they said its in our policy ,i said if i would have none they i wouldn't booked it, so after researching 5 booking sites for the the policy it was on the 5 site.. PRETTY MUCH DONT STAY THERE IF YOU LIVE IN SIOUX CITY.

Top Notch Facility and Customer Service!! 10th year we've met relatives for a get together with Cassie and Josie hosting us at the New Victorian Inn of Sioux City. As always, the service is great! Breakfast is great. Easy access to shopping, food, and golf. Rooms comfortable and clean. Already made our reservations for next July!! Had one minor hiccup the lady working that night handled so professionally! I didn't get her name, but could not have asked for quicker and more efficient handling of the situation. She sure deserved a Gold Star for her competence. Great experience... again!!!!

Very nice,far outmeasures most places Beautiful place, clean and comfortable, desk ladies, Sandy and Cassie are awesome Breakfast was great, wish there had been hot scrambled eggs though and I sure would've enjoyed the pool, so I hope they open it again, for others
