Great night's sleep Location is great, right off the highway, but we didn't hear any road noise. Everything is very clean and spacious. After a long day in the car, we wanted to walk, and found that ROAM (an excellent restaurant with delicious smoked food and cocktails) was right at 1 mile away.

Megan is terrible We are Hilton Honors members and have been loyal to Hilton properties for multiple decades. My adult son and his friend were traveling cross country and I made a reservation for him to stay at this location to get a few hours rest, a shower and some breakfast before they hit the road again. I confirmed with the Hilton agent on the phone that I could make reservations on his behalf by listing him as a guest on the reservation. My son pulled up to this property around 3am to be denied the reserved and paid for room by “Megan” at the front desk. “Megan” stated that it was “too late” to check in despite us having a confirmation number. My son called me, desperate to get some help and rest and I spoke with Megan and we arrived at a solution - he would need to reserve a new room in his name. I was confident at that point he would have a place to rest for a few hours and he quickly transferred money to his account to cover the cost of the room. “Megan” swiped his card and stated that it was denied and when asked to swipe it again as the money was just transferred, she refused to do so and denied access to the room. Due to not having a place to stay and hotels in the area booked up, they got back in to the car at 3:30am and proceeded on their trip. Fortunately, 20 hours later they arrived safely but exhausted at their final destination. “Megan’s” customer service was the antithesis to the type of service that Hiltons throughout the U.S. have shown to have and could have caused a much different outcome by turning away a paying customer who needed to rest before proceeding on the road.

Never will stay there again. Very disappointed in this Hilton Garden Inn. Need serious updating as the room was old, door paint chipped, air system horrible and the towels and washcloths were not clean at all. Washcloths so dirty unable to use them. The beds had the rubber or plastic pads with no top mattress pads which resulted in sweating like crazy. At least they had a window you could open a few inches that helped with the air flow. Would never recommend this place even after they update it. Also, customer service horrible as calling back to retrieve a lost item-after 3 calls and one to the manager, never have received a call back even requesting a call to the receptionist and leaving 3 messages, Oh well

Too many wrongs to be right Requested a room with a window that opens so we could have fresh air. We were booked into a room that faced the freeway. I contacted the front desk and the young lady was very apologetic realizing it didn’t make sense and moved us into another room on the opposite side of the building away from the freeway. The new room was very warm so we turned on the air conditioner but it made a very loud chirping sound. I contacted the front desk to see if they could have a maintenance person come to fix it but was told there wasn’t one available. So we were moved again. When we got into the third room and opened the curtain we saw that right outside our window was the exhaust fans for the restaurant! We were pretty fed up by this time so we decided we were just going to stay and not move again. The young lady from the front desk apologized again and offered us a breakfast voucher. When we returned to our room and unpacked we discovered the refrigerator didn’t work. At that point we didn’t bother notifying the front desk anymore but promised ourselves never to return here.

Friendly and Clean Great location and close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. They are very dog-friendly and offer waste disposal areas outside. My only complaints were that I wish they offered free breakfast (it was $16 for adults and $10 for kids). And the sidewalk leading to the entrance near our room was extremely icy. We had to walk in the snow to avoid falling. We would definitely stay here again!
