4 night stay My stay at Choice Hotels in Smyrna was exceptional! The room was clean and well-appointed, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Five stars!

WORST 7 NIGHTS AT A HOTEL The front employee was very rude. She send me an email around 7:30 pm that she canceled my room because I didn't check in at 6pm. I had selected to pay at the property, and the lady still make me make a payment over the phone. And when I asked for additional pillows she gave me a hard time. She made a comment that I have just been giving her problems since before I got there, meaning that she had to save my room and for me to pay her over the phone. She made a comment " you're making me regret saving you the room"! I stayed on room #101, and my legs have bed bugs bites. I have pictures to prove it. I need to get a hold of the district manager to this hotel, my stay was there for 7 nights, the worst hotel nights l've ever had! AVOID THIS

Disappointing Experience: Poor Management and Uncleanliness My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I stayed in room 418 the dates of March 30- April 1st. The lack of cleanliness was evident throughout the premises, with unkempt hallways and dirty linens in the rooms. I requested extra pillows prior to check in, thankfully- because the pillows on the bed were stained already. The most alarming aspect of my stay was the aftermath – I now find myself dealing with a rash that is incredibly itchy and uncomfortable. The rash first appeared the day after check out- and as of today I am still dealing with this issue. My sister stayed at this hotel the same weekend as me in room 416 and she is dealing with the same unfortunate issue & needed to go to urgent care to figure out what exactly was going on. My aunt stayed here the same weekend with her husband and they had to go to the emergency room due to severe itching and bumps all over their body. Despite reaching out to the hotel management multiple times, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment of this serious issue. It is deeply concerning that the management refuses to address such a significant health concern. This negligence speaks volumes about their priorities and disregard for guest well-being. Overall, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The combination of poor management, uncleanliness, and indifference to guest health and safety makes it an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

Great stay with kids Great location if you are visiting Flags. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent for a family traveling with 2 kids. Only downside was the indoor pool is not heated but still very nice. I would stay here again.
