Great experience and value My friend, who has mobility issues, and I arrived around noon, so I called to see if the room was available. It would be another 30 minutes or so, so we went to lunch. At the restaurant I got a call from Jessica saying the room was ready. What a star employee!! We left lunch and checked in at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that this 2-star hotel was clean and had all the amenities we were used to. The only flaw we saw was the wear and tear on the bathroom, but no big deal. We drove to the Annmarie Sculpture Garden, which was only minutes away. And later went to the marine museum to see an outdoor concert. It was right nextdoor. We slept well...the beds were very comfortable. Woke up and had a decent breakfast. Then took a dip in the pool. No lifeguard on duty. Open from 9 am to 8 pm. With water views of the marina. We only stayed 1 night but we had a fabulous stay!

A very nice motel at an excellent price I stayed here from 6/25-6/30. I was by myself. This motel is only an hour's drive from the Beltway. I had a room on the ground level and the only view from it was of the back parking lot. The motel provides free hot breakfast, but the only hot item is waffles. It also includes cereal, yogurt, pastries, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, and several juices. The motel is a 5-minute walk from the Calvert Marine Museum and a 15-minute walk from about half a dozen restaurants. The hosts were all very polite. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely consider returning to this motel again next summer.

Decent We stayed here for a night and gound the bed comfortable, and the bathroom clean. However the ceiling (room 123) appeared to have spots of mold or mildew all over it. While this hotel appears to be on the waterfront, we had a parking lot view :( The complimentary breakfast was extremely minimal. The only hot item available is waffles. They offered pastries, cereal, and yogurt. The 24 hour coffee and tea station was nice, however.

Great location near local attractions. We really enjoyed our stay in the Quality Inn Beacon Marina. I guess we were lucky because the place was clean this time and friendly. We booked it by serendipity on Bookings and we were surprised how great the location was. We were able to go for a nice evening walk, see the waterfront, enjoy the atmosphere. Close to everything that matters in Solomons. The room had all the expected basics. You can stop for a meal in the local dive in the Marina - Anglers. The hotel is within a short walking distance of the Calvert Marine Museum and not far from the Tiki Bar.

My Birthday get away I checked in on 1-21-2022 on my birthday. This wasn’t my first stay there. It actually why I went back. I was in room 108. On 1-22 that next day. I was sleeping when the sound of water running woke me up. There was a leak in the room above mine. I started to ignore it but for the cost I couldn’t ignore it. I was offered another room but I didn’t want it. My stay was ruined. I was told that It would be fixed it wasn’t.
