Genuinely a gem This place is so freaking cute! I booked last minute for a work trip and was a little worried about what I was getting into. I pretty exclusively stay in big chain hotels for work and the small size and hours for the front desk didn’t feel ideal. Boy was I wrong! I’m so glad that I stayed at the Sonoma Creek Inn. The people are so friendly. The rooms are a great size. Mine had a little outdoor private seating area and a ceiling fan (which I never find at chains). The bed was great, the pillows were perfect, the room was very clean. The bathroom had a large shower with good water pressure. And it’s convenient to everything. I’m definitely staying here next time I’m in Sonoma.

Not for me Pretty old and run down. Stayed a full week and only learned after checking in that there would be no housekeeping service during our stay. Front desk is only open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. No closet and only four hangers, that cannot be removed, attached to a pole in the corner of the room. The fan in the a/c unit was so noisy we couldn’t run it while sleeping.

Nice, pleasant stay If you're looking for a quaint, simple, no fru-fru frills, location friendly place to rest your head apres touring, this is it. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfy. Think a B&B kind of feel. I personally embrace these kind of places. Great, simple restaurant within steps of the hotel. Really great breakfasts, lunch. Open 8-2. Hotel staff, management friendly and accommodating as can be. Bear in mind, they're not their 24/7. answering services available. So be prepared for that if you're "high maintenance." I'm not, so I didn't care. Some reviews elicited noisy traffic. I never experienced it. There's a great price/value relationship to be found here as long as one has realistic expectations. Enjoyed my stay. I'd come again.

Nice but well used. This Inn was very nice a while back but looked to be well used today. It was clean and neat but could have used a bit of care to really spruce it up. The location is good, about 2 miles to the center plaza.

A nice hotel off the beaten path Found this hotel on line and was pleasently surprised. There are a few restaurants near by but downtown Sonoma is a number of blocks away. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean with free wifi. Boyes Blvd which is right behind the hotel felt like a racetrack at night which was loud at times but died down usualy by 10pm. This is a no frills hotel so if you want all the fluff and buff you need to book elsewher but if you want a nice small hotel with a comfortable bed and a clean room this is your place. There wasn't a chest of drawers in our room but there might be in others for we just had a small closet. There was a tv and as I said free wifi. There are two rooms on the second level so if you have trouble climbing stairs you will want to pick a downstairs room since there isn't a elevator.
