Tasha is great! The hotel is extremely clean. Morning staff is superb which includes the breakfast staff. Tasha (breakfast area), she is there to greet you with a smile as you prepare your breakfast. She even went out of her way one morning to help me pack up some breakfast for my 5 hour trip back home to KY. She is very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and helped me choose a place for dinner. Thanks to Tasha, for starting my day off with friendliness!

Awesome stay It was awesome to stay there, location was great and breakfast, service and all of that was great. Would recommend. So fun to hangout with friends and family, lots of space to hangout and have fun overall it was an awesome place to stay and would stay there again for sure

Not your typical holiday inn express I travel a lot for work all around the Midwest and always stay at holiday inn expresses because they are consistent and usually great. This one was not. The gym was filthy with no towels or cleaning products. There was no water pressure and the shower head barely functioned. The last day I didn’t even have hot water for my shower. The staff was nice enough, I’ve just come to expect more that’s why I stick with this chain.

Quality, central...no issues A Good stay. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. No major issues whatsoever, certainly would stay here again. its about a eight to ten minute car ride to Notre Dame Stadium. Restaurants and convenience stores are walk able. Minor negatives include * smaller sized free breakfast in lobby ( smaller than most other IHG properties) * Above only goes until 930 am (starts @ 630am) * used the exercise room- Messy with used towels and used beverage containers.

September 2023 to MI This hotel is probably one of the most clean places I’ve stayed in a hotel. The amenities weren’t much. No iron. Phone didn’t work. No closets. I’m thinking that it needs a free modern updates. The host were wonderful. Until next time South Bend!
