Long trip but hotel room was what we needed. Room was spacious and bathroom was immaculate. Front desk folks were professional and so helpful. Perhaps the S.U. connection helped. We did not have reservation, yet they accommodated us and made sure I did not have a long walk from my room to elevator. Parking was very convenient, and parking was close to entrance and exits of the hotel. TV was very easy to use which was a plus. Breakfast was included and there was a very nice selection of items served in a very pleasant room. The only regret was we did not get to dine at the Italian restaurant next door to the hotel. Next time for sure.

Fill the shower bottles next time please! Pretty nice hotel and a good location for our softball tournament. I was disappointed that the shower gel and shampoo containers were empty. It was pretty expensive for a family of 5 to stay here. Breakfast was great but it doesn't start till 7am on Sunday and we didn't get to enjoy it that day. Pool was OK.

DO NOT STAY!!!! HORRIBLE CANCELATION POLICY...ZERO STARS! There was a wasp nest in our window and the wasps were getting into our room! We were out all day and returned to notice the nest and notified the front desk at 4:00pm. The hotel was completely booked and all hotels in the area were also booked, so changing rooms was NOT an option! I'm allergic so it left us no choice but to leave and asked if they could comp the one night because of this and they said NO, really?!?! It was not our fault or by our willing choice we left but because I did not want to get stung and die! They said it was because it was after 11:00am and couldn't refund our cost, even though it was beyond my control. As if I control the wasps and what time they wake up, WTH!!! Front desk staff was nice but the Manager on duty, Aaron, made the call to not refund us even though none of this was our fault! I should have gotten stung and sued! I'M NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN AND ADVISE OTHERS TO STAY AWAY because apparently everything is your fault and not theirs, and they will not try to make their mistakes right!!

Won’t ever stay here again. As an IHG Platinum Elite member I am in dismay. Staff is not willing to extend a courtesy refund for a room that was not used due to an emergency response to keep the power on in southern Vermont. My crew and I have practically lived in this hotel while working in the area to maintain the power grid for Vermont. To Nichole (General Manager), I hope you never have to experience a power outage and feel the despair it causes. We work hard day and night to deliver power to all of Vermont, and to be treated in this way is disgraceful whether it is by your hand or the corporation you represent. Thank goodness there are nicer folks in Vermont willing to share rooms or apartments in their homes. They are gracious, and genuinely appreciate their guests. BTW for anyone reading.....these rooms and apartments are less expensive and cleaner by far! So don't bother booking in this run down place. You won't be respected. It's a nice place for the homeless thouah.

Another old renovated property. Cold room It was an older renovated property but didn't change out the old old hvac unit. It barely heated. Or heated so hot. But the seal around it was non existent so cold air just came in.. comfy room. Mattress was decent. Fridge and microwave in the room. Great staff makes this an average instead of poor as sleep was terrible between the temperature and old door closers letting doors slam. Price was reasonable for the area.
