Nice rooms; decent breakfast. Nothing fancy. Nice rooms; decent breakfast. Helpful staff. Nothing fancy or out of the ordinary. We had a two-bed room; beds are double or full (NOT Queen). Breakfast was carbohydrate-heavy with muffins, bagels; cereals; grits; waffle-maker but they did have pre-made egg/cheese omelettes as well as some fruit (apples, oranges), plain Yoplsit yogurt and turkey sausage patties.

Best hotel in South Hill Va The rooms are so clean, the staff is amazing! Definite 10 out of 10!!!! The pool was so clear and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was so good. They offer so many choices that you would have a hard time being disappointed. Take your family here if you are visiting the area

Wonderful room and friendly staff We stayed in a whirlpool room for a weekend stop on our trip. Room was incredibly clean, tub was pleasant and worked perfectly, and the bed was comfortable. I was very happy with how friendly and personable both the late night and early morning staff were when we checked in and out. We didn’t have a single issue while staying but had the impression that if we did we would receive prompt assistance. Very enjoyable.

Need bigger pillows! Been here numerous times and every time I need bigger pillows! Breakfast area seems to be well set. I don't eat breakfast, so I cannot judge it. Decently clean, somehow loud occasionally, sine many construction workers stay there. They are fixing stuff, as I can see, some material is in the holloway. However, parking is small and always fool (which might be good sign), Very kind stuff at reception. Elevator, on the other hand, probably, needs a little attention, since its squeaking and clunking either way.

Nice comfortable and reasonably priced After a long trip it was nice to stay at the Best Western Hotel in South Hill VA. Affordable price, comfortable beds always, and happy staff. Always have a nice smile and warm welcome. There was a variety of restaurants close by.
