Love the staff, Clean rooms! Checked in and the front desk lady was super friendly and helpful- When my wife and I got into our room we noticed how clean and roomy it was. It was also very quiet and had alot of room for parking! The-Wi-fi worked great and liked how they had alot of pillows on the bed. There was a free breakfast that we ate before we left and plenty of hot water! Thank you to all the staff at the South Hill, VA location for being friendly and helpful! We will be back!

Worst Hotel This hotel was disgusting. Dirty floors in the room. Bathroom full of mold with dripping shower faucet. Hotel management completely unresponsive. Contacted Choice Hotels corporate who stated this hotel would reach out to me. Never happened. Pass this one by and save your money.

Not a very good stay but not the worst Not the best comfort inn , Not allowed to give comforters to guests just blankets . ( Yes, I over heard you front desk manager ) Only one trash basket instead of the two a suite usually has. No required plastic laundry bag in room . No guest directory in room . Ice machine not working on third floor and no out of order sign . Yep, I’d keep driving to a better maintained hotel. Do better for your guests Comfort Inn !!

Here again - this time in a suite and whirlpool bath My SO and I stayed here two nights with an enjoyable stay both nights. Our room had the standards plus a three cushion couch, two ottomans and a two person whirlpool. Staff was always friendly and attentive. The breakfast was of post Covid standards with both scrambled eggs and cheese omelets. I have to say that the eggs had too much salt in them and my omelette was not hot. Oh, well. I am still in awe over our previous stay at the end of the great Ice Storm of 2020 and the attention you gave to us. Well done again.

Comfort Inn South Hill __ Comfort Inn in South Hill, VA is by far the most unkept hotel I’ve seen. The customer service is poor, A/C units outdated as well as the bathrooms, housekeeping is incorrigible as well as the front desk. The male manager for day shift is a peeping Tom( told a guest he watched her through her room window on the first floor), an accused guests of smoking in rooms with no viable proof or source.
