Here for Concert at Harvey's Hotel room was clean. Kinda muggy, but found 2 fans inside the closet and was very happy! Helped with circulation a ton. The pathways to and from the room are pretty jacked up. Uneven pavement and areas where its popped up completely, but..if you watch your step, you'll be fine. The pool is non existent. Lol. Which kind of sucks in the middle of July. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. The water pressure was good tok for showers and washing face/brushing teeth. Comes equipped with a fridge and microwave in the room so that was convenient. Also. The location to the venue was great. So...aside the outside looks of things, its a decent stay for shelter and location.

Bed full with bedbugs. Worst hotel ever. The rooms are old, unclean and small. Bed was filled with bedbugs running around. When we complained about the bugs, receptionist Cresta asked us to vacate the room. They refused to acknowledge the issue in email and refused to give us refund. Avoid this hotel.

FOUL hotel - MOLD-MOLD-and more MOLD MOLD, MOLD, MOLD. - Run from this place. I checked into room and left. This place was foul. Nasty stains on carpet by beds. Old food on the floor. Hole in drywall. Stains on lamp shade. Hair on toilet. Shower floor broken and cracked up. Mold in cracks. Mold all over bathroom ceiling and walls. Pictures do not represent what you find. This place is a fraud. No cancellation policy. But you expect to get a clean, decent room. You will not find that here.

Hotel does not look like pictures We stayed here this last weekend. Got there early, and they did provide a room to check in to. It was very dark. Came back later after attending a wedding, and found that there were no pillow cases on the extra pillows. There were tons of decrative pillows. Extra pillows were in the drawers, but none with cases. The celing fan had a quarter of an inch of dust on it. Good thing there was another fan. There was not an obvious continental breakfast as advertised, let alone a bar/lounge are. The lobby looked like a storage room. The pool was empty. Pretty dissapointed for the price.

RUN! Fast! My son is non verbal special needs. We visited in October. They claim he pooped all over the sheets and damaged a bunch of sheets, bedding, etc. apparently bed sheets are made of gold and worth 250$ and cannot be washed off. They made false allegations that my son pooped all over the mattress. their mattress there was already stains all over it. Honestly I think they would love to charge anyone they can for whatever they can. Then they said “well if you had just told us before we could have dealt with this better.” Oh so, ur gonna to come over to my hotel and help me with my son?? I seriously doubt it. This place sucks all the money out of you. I’ll never go back
