The perfect layover in SF. We had our flight cancelled and was forced to stay in town for 3 more days. We experienced the most friendly staff upon checking in. Especially when we were in a bad mood. The hospitality was extremely pleasant and always on display. Stefany was also extremely friendly and worked hard to accommodate some of our special needs.

Worst hotel stay in the Western Hemisphere It gets one star because I can’t give less. I’ve had literally thousands of hotel nights in my life, and this place is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some bad experiences. These guys have no idea what they are doing or how to run a motel. Ruined my vacation. You couldn’t pay me to darken their door ever again

Extremely Noisy Very noisy. Hotel is adjacent to a Goodwill Distribution Center. We have big rigs dropping off storage containers all morning starting g at 8:30am. Very noisy with all the forklifts and semi’s right below our room window. I have been an IHG member for many years and this experience has left me not wanting to book with IHG again unless I’m familiar with the hotel.

Great Service We came at 11:45 p.m. and the hotel did not have a wheel chair. The night girl gave us the best room for my problem and took the desk chair from the office to I could get to the room. I was in very bad condition and Toloa Tamaseu of Holiday Inn Express North was a life saver. She booked me on an earlier flight home so I could get to the hospital in Boca Raton. She was just wonderful!

OK for one night stay near SFO We had an early flight at SFO the next morning, so we decided to stay one night here. We paid for parking (price on the hotel website). Bottled water in the room was not free and clearly labeled as such. The room was adequate for our one night stay. Room was spacious though a bit dated. Breakfast was complimentary. Unfortunately, some of the food items were not as "hot" as they should be that morning, so I didn't finish what I had on my plate (e.g. beef patty/sausage). I was worried about getting food poisoning before a 16-hour flight. The best part was the McDonald's next door (short walk) for a quick meal the night before, and SFO Long Term Parking was a short drive down the road.
