Highly recommend This is a remodeled motel. The place is clean and quiet. Randall, the desk clerk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great beds and comfortable rooms. Best bargain in the three corners area. If one stays here don’t miss The Crystal Cafe next door.

Average at best This is a working mans type of hotel. Lots of trucking and construction type clients. The room I was in was clean but dated. On the positive side, it was cleaned every day unlike most hotels these days. The down sides are its nosey. You can hear thru the walls and being in a downstairs room, I could hear the guest above me walking across his hardwood floor. The breakfast offerings leave a lot to be desired. Waffles and some biscuits and just a little bit of gravy in the bottom of a pan. I've seen much better. One of my last nights there, there was a wedding at 10 PM. All the bridesmaids were in a room directly across from me yelling, laughing and just having a great time. I complained to the front desk about the noise and nothing was done. It quoted down around ten, then at 130AM, here we go again with the door opening and slamming, yelling, loud talking, etc. The wedding party rented the conference center and should have had their party there, not where people were trying to sleep.

Bad customer service. This employee treated me and my mother with contempt. She is racist, arrogant and has no customer service skills. She holds a position where she will see a diverse array of different nationalities. She cannot be mistreating guests. She is simply not qualified for a “Front Desk” job. Best Regards

Were the good reviews paid for? This place is a dump! How in the world did it get good reviews? I travel a lot and I travel on a budget, so I'm experienced with hotels that are fairly cheap to mid-range and this hotel is close to the bottom of my list of places I've stayed at. It's DIRTY; there are stains all over the carpet, bugs crawling on the bathroom floor, a bathtub that wouldn't drain for about an hour (this is from showering), significant chips in the paint on the furniture, cracks in the bathroom tile, and the worst part is that I was up most of the night being bitten by what I can only assume are Bed Bugs (as was my son). Bed Bugs are a total nightmare to deal with, so now I have to go home and treat all of my luggage and items I brought with me before I can take it into my house. Breakfast was incredibly sparse and the biscuits for the Biscuits & Gravy are DRY. The only positives I can give for this hotel are that the front desk employee I dealt with was very nice and friendly and it wasn't loud. That's it.

Noisy Do not use this hotel is noise bothers you when sleeping. We got first floor rooms each day, despite asking for second floor. People were walking around a bunch upstairs all night which normally isn’t that loud but was in this hotel. It sounded like the floorboards were cracking. I have no idea how they made that much noise upstairs-but it happened night after night. My only hypothesis is the crews of construction workers they had were sleeping many to a room-so more footsteps. There seemed to be no sound insulation. Our room was not updated. It was very 90s. Which doesn’t bother me, but don’t expect a Hilton style room. This is more budget motel. The hot water in the shower randomly switched between luke warm and scalding-without me changing the temp. I had to jump out a few times to avoid being burned. It was dangerously hot. The ac in our first room (stayed twice) worked ok but it kept shutting off even when set for fan (to drown out the noise situation)l.
