Anazing stay I loved the personal service even though they had a big event. Took very good care of the event personal and still showed 1 on 1 attention to use! Impressive! Also the rooms are beautiful and the stockyards concept was great. will be comin back in the future!

If at all possible, find another place... Online pictures are deceiving. The hotel was sub par. We didn't expect much because it was low budget and unfortunately a last min stay. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Over 5 days our room was never serviced. We asked for clean towels and none were to be found for 2 days.

BED BUGS At first the hotel seemed ok. Everyone was nice and check in was a breeze. The room looked clean enough, strong smell of cleaning fragrance, elevator a little sketchy. Then I found Bed Bugs in one of the beds, while I was offered a different room, I did not feel like I could stay there another night. The hotel said they would refund room and they did not.

RUN, don’t walk. ZERO STARS. This hotel deserves ZERO stars. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced, ANYWHERE. Hotel staff rude, unprofessional and prejudice. Rooms are FILTHY. Not sure if the hotel itself or the employees were more disgusting. Sketchy location as well. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Smelled like weed in the elevator 5 issues. 1. Reserved a "Superior King" room but when we arrived, the room had 2 full beds. Checked with the desk "We are out of "Kings." But I reserved a King (shows him my reservation confirmation. "Your room is actually an upgrade so..." So, I guess what you reserve and what you get are two different things. 2. Got to our floor and found a dude laying/sitting on the floor at the end of the dimly lit hallway. What kind of place are we in where people lay on the floor in the common hallway? About 30 minutes later I wouldn't let my wife go down to the front desk alone. I should add that I live and work in a city much larger than Minneapolis and this was the first time I felt our safety/security was an issue. It was a little un-nerving but he left us alone. 3. Security Lock: At least the additional security lock would be an added sense of security, especially when we were asleep in the room. Yeah, no. The security door lock barely on. See pictures. 4. The room/service: The craftsmanship of the room seemed very diy, with peeling wallpaper. The air conditioner could not keep up with the 80 degree days we had. Slept without blankets, just a sheet. The television was grainy and I could not find any local channels. No new towels for the 2nd day of our two day trip. Our door keys did not work for the 2nd day, they had to get re-programmed. This is not a 3 star hotel as advertised. 5. Elevator smelled like weed.
