Great Location. Near shopping and restaurants and I-55. BF is weak. Needs carpet cleaning in certain rooms. Very clean room. No problems just clean the carpet. Eat Mexican or BBQ best. Tanger Outlet near. Germantown is a very cool cool location if you know the location. Up-scale shopping at Saddle Creek.

__ Pillows were comfortable but bed was hard as a brick! Breakfast was below average. No apple juice, no bagels, biscuits were hard enough to break my knife and fork and gravy was lumpy. Tried to check out and nobody was at the front desk. Stood there for 10 minutes! Even tried to call and nobody answered the phone!! __

Avoid this place Drive past this hotel Don’t stop. We were in town for a funeral and this just made it worse. Worst service, room dirty (after we had to wait to check in because room was being cleaned ) , carpet dirty, pool was green and had hair and trash floating in it. They pre authorized my card twice then said it declined so I had to pay with another card. So now they had three times the stay held up in my account. When I brought the double authorization to their attention they denied doing it. However my card company shows it. Smelled of weed and smoke in hallway and in the room on the third floor. Black hairs in fridge and tub and sink. We ended up with bites on my two granddaughters and I. Asked for a full refund from the front desk but I guess all management tuns off of their phones when they leave the property. Corporate was no help but they should look into who carries their flag as it represents their brand in a less than flattering way.

Unhappy experience The tub wouldn’t drain the shower water out when each of my daughters used the shower nor when I used it . It was nasty and you felt dirty when you got out. When I learned of it we had to rush out because we were late for a conference and had to leave. I told the lady at the front desk but she said we had to report it to the manger so I took the card. Couldn’t ever get manager on the phone to speak with them about it. I called back to speak with another front desk clerk and they took my message but I didn’t ever receive a call back

I would consider another location... This establishment is not the greatest. The carpet looked worn and dirty. There are refrigerators in the room which are supposed to have functioning ice makers. The one in our room was broken and we were told by management that they were going to have to go BUY some ice from the local store but it wouldn't be until 2 days later!!! We finally purchased our own; however, the customer service was not great at all. I would consider another location that caters more to weekend travelers as opposed to long term stays...
