Adequate but barely. Looking at amenities (breakfast included, no smoking, & pet free) and upon reviews, we made our reservation. Before arriving I was unable to reach the hotel via phone (using the number on the reservation confirmation) but got a recording stating I was # 31 in line. Arriving and noticing the parking lot was sparsely occupied, I entered and was cheerfully greeted by Monique who politely checked us in & issued our room key cards. She also stated she had received no calls! The facility was obviously aged. Although basically clean, bits of debris were seen in the carpet leaving me to think that think a stronger vacuuming was needed. The furniture in our room was scarred in numerous places, the ice bucket had no lid, and there was no luggage stand nor clothing bag in the room. The bathroom and entryway lights were on automatic switches ~ the bathroom’s light had to be switched manually and the one for the entryway could not be turned permanently off. Therefore, we had to cover it so that when getting up in the night the light did not come on. The beds were comfortable and restful. We found the breakfast to be fairly basic but the eggs & sausage Pattie’s were cooked & hot. The only napkins in sight were pre-wrapped with utensils so that for every napkin needed you had to get the whole package.

Absolutely horrible We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Spartanburg SC I assumed that Priceline stood behind their vetted properties NOT SO!! The room was FILTHY and the bathroom sink did not drain the toilet seat was skewed and did not sit to the base so one had to sit to the side to use the commode , the towels were damp and it was unclear if they were washed, the carpet had not been vacuumed the tub mat was torn and stained the tiles in the bathroom were stained and rust was everywhere!! There was no vacancies and no place for us to change to and PRICELINE only told us if the property owners refunded us could we get any money back at all --as Compensation PRICELINE offered us 15% this is a travesty--wanted either a full refund or a voucher I will NEVER USE PRICELINE again EVER!! they have customer no service.

Disappointed After staying in 3 previous Comfort Inns on our road trip, This is a big disappointment. The room has an odor the rug is worn out (chunks missing) and the attitude at the front desk was definitely lacking. Toilet leaks and I'm not sure how clean the room is. Hotel definitely needs an overhaul

Cross this one off your list. Doesn't merit 3-stars. Dirty, shabby, lacks basic amenities like tissues, toilet paper. Zero info in room about TV channels and remote defective. Elevator to 2nd floor not working due to 'smashed button' and not fixed by next morning. No working alarm clock. Desk clerk at check-in was sullen. Desk clerk at checkout was very helpful and pleasant. Don't stay there.

Needs work on the interior. Replacing worn out items Front desk person was sucking on a lollipop the entire checkin process. Which made it difficult to understand her. Carpet in the hallway was thread bare in spots. Hair dryer elements were rusted. Very prompt replacement by maintenance. Only one bath and wash cloth in the bathroom for a suite room booked for 2 people. Housekeeping staff friendly to find me more towels. Pool was not properly cleaned. You could see vacuuming tracks of where it was cleaned and not cleaned. Ashcan by pool were filled with water and rusted. Well lit parking lot. Lots of trash in the green space around the lot. At check out no luggage carts were there. When I asked the desk clerk she replied, “I don’t know” and put her head down. Lots of good places nearby to eat. Convenient to downtown Spartanburg and 30 mins to downtown Greenville. Kitchen staff friendly. Do not think the a/c was working properly. Room remained very damp throughout our stay
