Great stay for a quick drive through! Service was great and bed was actually pretty comfortable. Cool atrium, they just need to keep the hot tub open later. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is driving from east to west as it serves it purpose. Parking was actually very easy as well!

Never again - crazy noise Loudest hotel ever. The pool atrium noise, slamming doors, stomping feet. Pool party with 50 screaming kids for 4+ hours. Kids running laps around floor 1 and screaming. Once they quieted down at 9:30p, a busload of high school volleyball girls arrived and started walking around, stomping feet and slamming doors until midnight. Then, a guy shows up next door at 1:30am and the hotel clerk stands outside his door, echoing in a corner nook with 3 rooms, talking to him about HDMI cables and Taco Bell. He proceeds to go in and out slamming his door until 4:30am. Absolutely no sleep at all. To be fair, the manager did give us a discount because of the pool party, but after that conversation, the other noisemakers showed up. Hotel staff tried to be nice, but how much can one young person without any authority to do anything help?

Poor service We were visiting South Dakota and we checked in around 9 pm. We were getting settled in and ready for bed and were going to watch a bit of tv. There was no signal at all. I called the front desk and no answer. Tried 4 different times and still no answer. We gave up and went to bed. The hotel was not bad, good breakfast, clean room. I phoned the hotel to complain two different times and they said someone is always there to help you, that I should have gone down and used the phone by the front desk. Why would we have to get all dressed up again and walk down from the second floor to do that? I asked them to give us a small credit on our bill, but haven't heard from anyone. I guess they cant be bothered. I know its a small issue but the fact that they have ignored us is very unprofessional.

Wouldn’t stay again Room was dirty, I could tell that furniture wasn’t moved to vacuum. The bathroom had leftover hair and grime. The roll-away cot that we paid for was just springs. We didn’t even use it. The hot tub was dirty. The pool was nice and the layout of the hotel is nice. The location is convenient. Breakfast is sub-par. We were supposed to stay 3 nights. We left after one.

Great room - great value accommodations! Booked for Kool Deadwood Nights - huge room, easy access to the pool from every room and minutes away from everything we wanted to do in the Black Hills. Friendly staff and extra clean room. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel as a great value!
