Could stand to improve for how much they charge for a night Yes, renovated, pretty, looking grand. They could pay a little better attention to room requests, they had completely ignored my request for a higher floor until reminded, which means they didn’t even read it. Also, had to kill a pretty dang big bug that was happily chilling on the wall. Now I am afraid to close my eyes. Bugs would be a bit understandable if it was a ground level room, but up on the 7th floor? Doesn’t bode well

Just awesome! On July 26th around 5 pm the Upper Cementery Fire started, it was 2 minutes away from our house, I took my kid, my 3 cats and left our house. We didn't have where to go because we relocated to Spokane from another city 2 weeks ago and we didn't know anybody... We went to 3 different hotels and each one of them turn us around because of my pets, even though were pet-friendly hotels. After 2 hours of driving around (and feeling very concerned) I called The Centennial hotel, Xavier took my call and after listening to our situation he told me "don't worry ma'am we got you, come here", and so we did. He was understandable and friendly all the time, he called his manager and we got us a special rate and charged me one pet fee due to the fire situation. I can't thank Xavier enough for all he did for us, that was outstanding customer service! We liked our room it was comfortable, big enough for the 5 of us, my cats were comfortable too and exploring around, which is rare when they are in a new place. Thank you very much Centennial Hotel, we'll be back!

Decent hotel and close to amenities Just a one night stay in Spokane driving through to Oregon. Lots of free (included) outdoor parking which is important (oversized truck). Conveniently located close to downtown, restaurants and other amenities. Front desk staff was just OK though.

Very nice hotel with excellent catering The Centennial Hotel was a great place to stay! The facility was very clean, the staff friendly, and the catering for our conference was excellent (good variety, accommodating diets, fun snacks). I would definitely stay there again!

Overpriced hotel with Motel 6 service We went on July 4th over the weekend, room was average at best had a six person dinning table. There are two wine refrigerators only a small microwave to heat anything. There isn’t any room service for the Presidential Suite. Don’t bother paying the extra cash for what would be the best the hotel can offer. We ask if we could get breakfast in room, we were told to come done to the restaurant and eat. Not sure why there is a dinning set in the room. On Fridays and Saturdays you can get pizza delivered to room. Bring your own utensils there is none here, had to ask for towels for the butler’s pantry and wet bar. The view was ok and the noise from the pool was extremely loud. It’s a walk to get ice (no room service for ice). On the up side it is close to the river with the walking pathway next to hotel. Would I stay here again, not likely; there are many better options in the area at that price point. If you do stay here, save your money and opt for the cheapest rooms and don’t expect quality service.
