A highlight of our trip. An old club with indoor pool Wow, what a charming old club with friendly staff, beautiful lobby, antique rooms and indoor pool. Walkable to just about everything in Spokane. Our room had fridge and there's a microwave down the hall in the business area/lounge. Wifi was good, I did some remote work. Safe, clean, quirky, highly recommended for a memorable stay in the friendly city of Spokane.

Policy over employee promises to customers Had to cancel due to weather related delays, was 1 hour late calling in since was in a no call area, they charged for both nights. When I called to cancel the rep said it would be refunded in full due to the reason for cancelation. No refund. Now I'm told by mgmt I have to cancel 48 hours in advance and I won't get the refund promised. It's about policy. To heck with standing behind what their employee assured me would happen. When I got there it was sketchy, homeless walking around didnt feel safe and it takes a lot for me to feel that way. They must be hurting for business to take both nights and not stand by the refund promised by their own employee. Do not recommend. Stay away.

Sad scenario for a once wonderful “gem” We have been staying at the Spokane Club for years due to it’s character and location. Unfortunately the maintenance of this lovely old establishment no longer exists. From uncomfortable beds, to bad plumbing, screeching door hinges and a TV remote that did not function it made our last stay not a comfortable one. Sadly what use to be a “gem” is no longer!

Good stay!! I really enjoyed my stay. Booked on a 3rd party website for $110 a night. The front desk staff was great!! The young gentleman that works overnights and the two lovely young ladies (day shift) were all awesome! I needed copies made and they took care of my needs. The housekeeping staff kept my room looking great daily! The room was adequate. As other reviewers have said, minimal outlets for electronics. The furniture had seen better days, but it all worked fine. Keurig coffee maker. The bed was quite comfortable.(Not too hard, but not too soft. I hate a rock hard bed!) Best part was the access to the sauna and steam rooms late at night just before bed. Open 24/7 for the hotel guests. The location was fantastic, right downtown near shopping and the park. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There are homeless folks throughout Spokane, but I never felt threatened. Parking is $14 per night (secured) and a block and a half away. I’ve paid up to $22 at other hotels in Spokane, although I’ve also parked on the street and not paid. (kinda depends on where in downtown you are) I’d stay there again.

Do not recommend Hotel is in a sketchy part of town and parking garage is 1.5 blocks away. We heard gun shots 2 of 5 nights. No free parking or complimentary breakfast. Rooms are small and dated. Very limited plugs due to outdated electrical, the lamp on the desk wasn't plugged in and couldn't (3 prong plug with 2 prong outlet). Bathroom has very little counter space. No sofa, just a straight chair. Do not recommend.
