Great Stay This stay was quite pleasant. Check in and out was rather smooth. Breakfast was fine. Sleeping was decent. The staff was great. The area is rather convient to Pope Airfield and Fort Bragg. The suite we got had a separate room, which was a welcome added bonus to our stay.

Roach infested w/front desk manager trash Sleep Inn Spring Lake Arrival 07/26/2024 102 Sleepy Drive, Spring Lake, NC 28390 I checked in on Friday, July 26, 2024. My sister and I put our things in the room and left to go to a family reunion. When we returned to the room at approximately 1:30am we found a roach in the bathroom. I called down to the front desk and Sarah laughed and asked if I had something to kill it with. She then proceeded to say that it was common. I told Sarah she couldn’t help so I would contact corporate. I called customer support and was told that my situation was rectified because they sent a message to the hotel manager. Nothing was rectified and I was very disappointed with the lack of responsibility taken. I told corporate I would leave a negative review. I left a negative review on Sleep Inn Spring Lake Facebook page and tagged them in a negative review as well on 07/27/2024 and they have since deleted the review AND blocked me from their page. On Sunday, July 28, 2024 I went to the front desk to check out and nobody was at the desk. Waited ten minutes before the front desk manager came back. She asked if we needed anything else. I said no and exited the building to my vehicle. While at my vehicle I hear someone call out, “Ms. Taylor.” I look and it’s the front desk manager again. She asked me if I had another form of payment because my payment was declined. I asked her what she was talking about and told her that I paid weeks ago. She had a nasty attitude and asked me if I wanted to see the receipt. I said yes and went inside to see what she was talking about. She continued to have a nasty attitude and said that my money was refunded. I said ok maybe they refunded it because of my complaint Friday. She then goes on to tell me that the girl that checked me in on Friday was new and made a mistake and refunded my payment therefore I needed to pay again. I told her that the money that was refunded was not in my account therefore I couldn’t pay her something I didn’t have. She told me if I didn’t pay then I would be banned from the hotels forever. I said good because I never planned on staying at another one of these hotels again. She told me I was being hostile and asked me if I wanted her to call the police. I told her yes. Call them. She then called someone else on the phone and had an attitude with them also. After she got off the phone she told me that she was going to try to push it through my account anyway and if it came out ok and if not fine and I could leave so I left. I then called customer service again and still did not get any help besides a case number. I am VERY disappointed with the entire experience and will NEVER stay at one of your hotels again. The front desk manager SHOULD NOT be able to work with customers. She is a very nasty, smart mouthed person that can make something small into something major. I hope she loses her job because she is giving the company a bad name. I am also wondering if they made a mistake on Friday, why we didn’t know about it until checking out on Sunday???, NC

Not Best for Military Families We couldn't find much about this hotel online, thinking that it may be a new hotel. Wrong! It’s not in the best part of Fayetteville or the outside of the base. There's not much near here either, not much for shopping or food. The upside is the staff. Polite, friendly, and helpful. That aside, the breakfast was lacking, and after sending photos to my better half ,he stated that the food looked like what the prisoners made in prison. It didn't taste much better. There's no coffee that I saw of for the rest of you want coffee( maybe I overlooked it)? 2 vending machines for drinks and 1 for snacks that takes EXACT change and the thing kept all of my money. The rooms are dated and had an odd pillar(?) in my room with stucco styled walls and a tiny TV, an old, dated fridge, and microwave . The beds and pillows were comfortable. The toilet... um.. I have never heard a toilet like this, and I think it woke everyone up beneath me. I have a video. This was also the noisiet hotel I have ever been. The doors slamming, people arguing, and people stomping around in their rooms and in the halls. I won't be staying here again. If you are visiting your soldier, stay on the SOUTH side of the base!

Nice Stay The room we had was a 1-bedroom suite and it was very spacious so we could easily spred out. As we are on a road trip space for us is a great thing. we had 2 double beds and they we soft and comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The remainder of the room was very clean, and the furnishing were in good order. Would certainly stay again if in the area.

Clean and comfortable This is a very nice hotel and close to base- very different from the hotel we were we stayed the night before. It is clean, comfortable, and all staff we interacted with were very nice. Our suite smelled good, was clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Just don't get suite 231. It is directly above an access door and I was kept awake by the noise. The area is a little sketchy, but not terrible and there were a lot of people jamming in the parking lot at night, but got quiet early enough (they contract with military -?). We also left a night earlier than expected and they would not refund since we booked through a 3rd party FYI. Also, don't miss Nak Won if you like Korean food - Yum!!
