Totally awesome okay By far the best overall experience ever as far as staff comfortableness amenities I would highly recommend it to anyone awesome place good price conveniently located it was a very peaceful and pleasant stay we will come back thank you for the hospitality

Great for families The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was awesome Dorrough very friendly and helpful. There were restaurants inside and the breakfast was good. The pool was nice and it was close to a lot of different attractions. I would definitely stay there again

Great stay at the Holiday Inn in Springdale The Holiday Inn in Springdale, Arkansas is a Very nice hotel! With Very Comfortable beds and pillows! We slept very well there! and we enjoyed a great breakfast buffet the next morning! I would recommend staying there and would stay again if I’m in that area again!

Pleasant staff I was staying there for the Walmart Shareholders conference. Ally, at the front desk was pleasant, helpful and informative as was the lady at the hotel bar. Ally helped me find transportation and the Lady at the bar helped make sure my dining experience was a good one. Nice people! I hope to visit again, someday.

Not quite perfect Have stayed here multiple times before but it has been years. Plenty of parking. Nice facility. Comfortable room. Comfortable bed and even comfortable pillows. Clean. Would have been a 5 star except for breakfast. Breakfast is not included but $15 more per person. That’s fine. Mostly normal offering. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, juice. But nothing special. No hot waffles like most places. Instead, there were tough, chewy, cold and not very tasty “French toast sticks”. A place getting everything else right can do better.
