Great experience The check in process was smooth and quick. The rooms are clean with a host of amenities. The staff is professional and courteous. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Requested some additional amenities and they were delivered within 15 minutes. Overall a great experience and stay at this location.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This hotel is an absolute dump. To start off the hotel is an absolute ghost town to the point where it is kind of spooky and off putting. Rooms were filthy - dog hairballs behind bathroom door, dead bugs on floor, blood in the BATHTUB. The AC unit is decorative and does not work. Additionally people who do not stay here broke into the pool and we’re having a party?! What a joke.

Dated but sufficient Updated, but still dated. Desolate. Fairly clean rooms, not so much in the common areas. Exceptionally slow and drawn out check-in with no other guest around. Few guests at all, really. Kinda spooky. Checkout much more friendly and efficient. Starbucks licensee in 2nd floor lobby. Friendly and courteous service there. Reasonable prices, too.

Good value, will return This is an interesting hotel, in my experience. I attended a business conference with several co-workers. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My bed was comfortable as was my room (721). Two of my three co-workers indicated that theid beds were uncomfortable (too soft, sinking into the mattress in an uncomfortable way). The couch was a nice touch for reading and working. I did find it odd that there were no alarm clocks or bedside clocks of any sort, nor were there full length mirrors in the room. I have never experienced that in a hotel. There is an in-room coffee maker, however all of the pods were decaf. Of the sixteen pods between our four rooms, there was only one caffeinated coffee pod. I would suggest checking that out upon check-in if morning caffeine is important to you. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, but the hours are pretty limited. There is also a small "pantry" type shop that would allow for purchase of limited goods. We did not eat at the restaurant in the hotel, but the hotel catered breakfast for our event and it was well done. The gym isn't large, but it is clean. I ended up having to walk the parking lot areas because the treadmill wouldn't register my weight on it to keep it functional. This has happened at one other hotel. Overall, this is a very well priced hotel and I will stay here again when I am in the area.

Very Disappointing Stayed two nights. Bed was comfortable but everything else very poor. 12 days later and the $50 “incidentals” hold still hasn’t been removed from my credit card. Bathroom caulking really needed redone. Soap and shampoo in secured stations as if we’d want to steal it. TV barely worked. Either no signal or pixelation. No breakfast despite being advertised as free. All around just a below average experience. Very very disappointing.
