NOT AN EXTENDED STAY AMERICA This review is for the MainStay now located at this location. Booked this through one of the third-party bargain websites a couple weeks before arrival. Got to the hotel and found it was no longer an Extended Stay America, but a Mainstay Suites. Extended Stay really needs to correct this issue by contacting the 3rd party sites to take their name out of the system at this location. It was obviously a recent change, because a fabric MainStay sign was covering the Extended Stay sign, and the marquis announced it was “Now Open”. I suspected what this meant for my reservation, and that suspicion was confirmed when the desk clerk told me nothing had transferred over. All other local hotels were booked, and MainStay had open rooms, so I was stuck there. The room contained a queen bed, kitchenette with full size fridge, kitchen sink, and microwave, and two burner electric stove top. Interior of the fridge was dirty, sink still contained food debris from the last occupant, and only 1 small trash can for the entire room. The mattress was broken down. The whole hotel appeared well past its prime. It was obvious the new housekeeping staff had not yet been hired, or at least not in adequate numbers. After my second day, crumbs and debris still covered the floors, and I noticed the tiled floor outside and inside the elevator was sticky. On my list night, I found a roach crawling around the inside of the kitchen sink. _ Made me extremely thankful the breakfast service promised by Extended Stay wasn’t part of MainStay’s itinerary. It’s obvious MainStay pretty much just opened the doors and started renting the rooms without any refurbishment. Lots of other little things that just aren’t acceptable. Dirty, dingy, and not well-kept. Shame on them. I will not stay at any MainStay ever again. Horrible.

Rude Owner, If He Was the Owner Accommodations were average but I wanted to stay an extra half hour past checkout to do a conference call and called the front desk for permission at 10:30 am and they said fine. Then someone bangs on the door at 11:15 and says you need to leave or pay. I opened the door and I said I had called ahead and they said it was ok to stay until 11:30. The guy said he was the owner and said you have to pay right now or leave and it's $10 per half hour. Totally rude, accusatory tone, didn't listen to a word except go ahead and charge my card on file the $10 bucks and he stomped off. Not staying at this ungrateful hotel again.

Excellent Extended Stay hotel I love this hotel very good people full kitchenette good price a d clean room a d good housekeeping front desk is great and always helpful I will stay always here I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone I have never seen such a nice hotel with smart TV and large bathroom very clean

Beware This hotel is filthy! Don’t stay there if you require cleanliness and comfortability because you won’t get it there. It was just nasty! I already wrote a whole story on the survey and don’t feel like writing it again but it was a terrible experience staying at this hotel…

Worst experience ever This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I have stayed in 1000’s of hotels all over the USA and this by far is the worst. I booked this hotel in May and stayed around 7 weeks. I was quoted a rate of 437.11 for my entire stay and after 30 days it would be tax free. My room was not ready when I got there and I arrived around 9pm so they had plenty of time to get a room ready so they upgraded me to a king. Then the next week they tried to charge me more and said I moved to a king. I didn’t move you moved me. Then they checked me out before the 30 day mark so they could keep charging tax but my guess is they aren’t reporting it. My entire stay I had to clean my own room, change my own sheets even got a vacuum so I could vacuum it. I was told by Ben that they would charge me to clean it. The GM Ben couldn’t remember from 1 day to the next what he said the day before. My weekly amount changed ever week. I was never so glad to leave this place. I worked with several people that stayed there and the same thing happened to them. The only descent person that worked there was Demi. She tried hard to accommodate but all she got was resistance from management. DO NOT STAY HERE.
