Close to Big E and very nice! Located just over the bridge from the Big E. Stayed here for the Equine Affaire - very convenient location to everything with a secure parking garage. Close enough to UBER anywhere easily. Close to the MGM casino, restaurants, Basketball HOF. Rooms very comfortable - this is the old Marriot. Nice work out room -small, but adequate. Plenty of meeting rooms if needed.

terrible experience during renovations although we have stayed at this hotel before , this new stay was indeed terrible. The hotel is under renovations and should not be open during this time if the basic accomodations cannot be provided...... the lobby was closed and we registered at a small hole in the wall area near the back door . There was no hot water in the shower either at night or in the morning and we were told from the staff we complained totheyhad no idea what was goiong on at the hotel. In addition, there was a party going on in the next door room with very loud music and activity and it seemed liked alot of people. We called twice (one time after 10 pm ).... we could hear a security person banging on the door but not much changed after the visit. This went on until after 1 am. No one followed up with us at all. It seems as if the hotel cannot the basic necessities like hot water and quiet time during renovations they would be better off closing during this time........not a good experience!!!!

Kind of dingy and dated, but OK I ended up here after the place across the street was overbooked and sent me here. I was very glad that they had a bed. It was clean, but dated, and needed some sprucing. Not a place for a special occasion. But fine.

Great find! Was looking for a place to stay close to the casino and found this! Got a great deal with booking.com and couldn’t have been more impressed with the stay for the price. Very very clean room. Honestly one of the nicest beds I ever slept in. Place was spotless and just felt clean. I LOVED the fact you had to use your room key for elevator to get in floors. All hotels should do this! But made us feel safe since SPRINGFIELD Is dangerous as hell. Yes it cost 17 to park. Big deal. Go to Boston you’ll spend a lot more. Right off of 91 and close to area attractions. Definitely will stay here again the next time visiting the casino. Besides Springfield being scary and the walk nothing bad to say. Hotel is great.

Run Checked in to tower square hotel at 7 pm , upon check in I asked for late check out , the front desk said they would put it in my file but I would have to come down in the morning again to tell them ! ,under the belief this was a luxury hotel , sadly I was mistaken ! The only thing luxury is the price ! At almost $200.00 per night ! My room smelled of mold ! I instantly wanted to leave and go to another hotel , I informed the Front desk of the smell they offered to switch my room or send up maintenance, I declined, I just wanted to run ! They informed me that they would not be able to issue a refund if I left. after the first five minutes in the room ,that Decision would be up to the daytime manager! So I stayed , I had gotten in touch with a manager who I discussed my issue with who offered a 25 percent discount, I thanked them ! At 8:15 theirs banging on my room door , house keeping! At 10 am thier is a full tactical police team with guns shields helmets and a battering ram, bashing in a neighboring door, not far from mine!!! The police had been thier to arrest 2 hotel guests who had crack and guns , the guests had ben previously arrested for three violent felonies each, their is no monitoring system of who checks into the hotel you could be checking in with your family next to a child molester or a crackhead with guns, the hotel seemed pleased with the police activity! You are nothing more to the hotel than a $ or an expendable Casualty, you will not be staying in a safe place ! ..... If you want to stay in a smoke and mirrors, overpriced hotel thats outdated and smells of mold. hotel staff who can not relay needs of there guests to other hotel employees,, No pool with the possibility of getting shot..and complete disregard to the do not disturb with repeat interruptions at a $200 price tag With all due respect, the entire experience was a seriously disappointing dangerous stay. Extremely, Disappointed _‍♀️__‍♂️__‍♀️__‍♀️__‍♀️ run KJ
