Clean & well maintained We had a great stay at this Springfield, MO BW hotel. Clean & well maintained. Our only issue was that hot breakfast food wasn’t hot.

AC didn’t work and pillows were the size of a throw pillow on my sofa. The AC couldn’t keep up, so we were hot all night. The room was humid and damp, and smelled like musty cigarettes. The pillows were not standard size bed pillows, but were square throw pillows. We had 4 of those between two people. I get the value of a best western, that’s why we picked it, but the AC should work, the room should not stink, and the pillows should be standard size. I don’t expect it to be 3 star hotel, but the basics should be a given. The staff was very nice however, and the breakfast was just average for a hotel of that type.

ok This airport hotel had free breakfast, which was the draw for us. The whole hotel seemed a bit dark. The floors of the room was hard wood-like composite, and it felt sort of dirty on my feet. The gym was simple, opens at 7am so the neighboring room wouldn't be awakened. Seems a little late to open the gym at that time. I asked about it when I was down there at 630am, and they let me in since there wasn't anyone in the neighboring room. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items. They even had a pancake printer! The breakfast attendant was very chatty about being anti-masking, which was interesting. There were good parts to the stay and some less so. There are limited airport hotel options around here.

Will probably choose something else Toilet bowl was dirty. Pool closed too early and was unable to use it. other than that it was a normal stay.

Pool I was traveling for work and my family joined for leisure. Having an indoor pool was excellent for the kids. It was hot outside and they had a great experience.
