Wonderful experience We stayed overnight at this Hampton Inn. I accidentally left my purse with my wallet in the room. When I went back they had turned it in to lost and found. I really appreciated this. Otherwise it was very clean with a very nice breakfast and excellent, friendly staff. Wonderful experience.

Over charged ! After being quoted a price at checkin when we received our bill at checkout it was twice the price first given to us and after reviewing our receipt we found not only double charges but triple charges . Please be aware and check your statements

Adding this to the top of my TN hotel list I’m thinking this will be my go-to spot next time I’m visiting friends and family in this part of TN. The room was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff was friendly. Great hotel breakfast. See you next year!

Our whole wedding party loved it here Our daughter was married at Bell Chapel in Springfield and so family flew in from all areas of the country. The Hampton Inn was the absolute best! Everyone commented on the clean comfortable rooms, the great breakfast, and the exceptional staff. I am not sure where they find the people they hire- but every single one was friendly and went beyond the norm we usually receive in the service industry. Lauren and Chris helped us set up our block of rooms that had a couple special needs - unbelievably helpful - truly this hotel has an aim to serve and they do it with such pride! Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for helping make our wedding experience so great!

Very nice We had to go when there was bad weather and the power was out. It was our first stay there and we were pleasantly surprosed. Next time i would not stay in rooms above the bar. It made ir a bit noisy
