Great staff and clean rooms. I will definitely use this location again when I travel through Utah. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only caveat is the lack of an elevator, but staff are willing to provide accommodation for a first-level room.

Fits a family well and feeds them We did a family road trip and ended up with a night planned in the Salt Lake City area. We ended up here because they had a great family sized room - two queens plus a sofa bed. The staff was friendly and helpful in us asking for extra towels, etc. The building seems relatively new on the outside, but the inside definitely was showing some wear, particularly in the rooms themselves. The AC unit seemed to be cooling the area next to the window very well, but the bed on the far side from it next to the bathroom did not get much benefit from the air. Good refrigerator as we had some dinner leftovers. Kids enjoyed the pool, but we got there too late for them to have much more than 30 minutes (as they close the pool at 10 pm and lock the door to that outside area). Free breakfast was good and adds to the value especially for a family. The lack of an elevator to the second floor was a bit of a pain, but they have signs at the front where I guess they work to put handicapped guests down on the first floor. it was conveniently across the street from a gas station, so we could gas up and go in the morning. If in the area with family/kids, I would certainly consider coming back here.

Great place to stay We only stay at Best Western when we travel. I think they are very comfortable, clean and in very safe areas. This one was everything I expected from this company. I am not a big breakfast eater but I do enjoy the new coffee machines! Great visit

Nice size room and beautiful outdoor pool Service at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. However certain things in the room needed attention. The outdoor pool was beautiful and looked very inviting!

out dated by 40 years The room and hotel is out dated by 40 years. Which means it was clean as could be with 40 years of use. We booked a king bed and a couch bed for our stay. It was UVU graduation, and hard to find any rooms in the valley last min. Asked for linens and blankets and pillows for the couch bed, The staff was trying to help, but there actually was not any to be had of a complete set for the couch bed. Also there was no extra pillows available for that couch bed.
