GREAT STAY! Hotel was conveniently located, walk to restaurants and shopping, close to casino. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was as expected. Coffee / Latte machine on the first floor was a great perk!

Didn’t check reviews enough Our mistake to not look at the reviews enough. We checked in on the 7th floor and met with police in the hall with a situation across from our room. The room was outdated, and had blood on the bath light switch. Told the front desk and he was very accommodating and switched us rooms. The new one, carpet felt wet and the room never felt cool even when set at 65. Hallway carpets were dirty and floors were sticky. I think by the reviews, it’s an ongoing problem. The bedding seemed fresh enough and we were exhausted so we didnt complain any further. I think they need to tackle some housecleaning issues. Kudos to the manager at front desk for trying to be accommodating. This was our 4th night out in a Best Western plus this trip and the others were clean and updated.

Needs Work Had all the things you would expect from a Best Western. The location was good. Most of the issues though could have been prevented. Terrible wifi, sign said they were working on it but it never got better the entire stay. Place was dirty with construction noise and the safe didn't work even after staff looked at it. Couldn't change the input's on the TV for some reason so no video game console and no internet in a rundown room.

Best upgrade! As a platinum member I get upgraded to one of the new suites on the 8th floor, which are newly remodeled and as big as my apartment back home. It’s much better than any standard room at any hotel anywhere. Thank you!!

Better the 1st time The big difference about this stay was that it was last minute and I could not get a Handicap room but a standard room which are not as nice but was average and I requested a room close to the elevators as I have trouble walking and was given a room 2/3 of way down the hallway so not close at all So a bit disappointed !!
