There is a $250.00 deposit required Just know they require a $250.00 deposit. When booking there is absolutely no information on a deposit. This information needs to be stated. Please state this information. It's important when you are shopping around for lodging especially when you don't have that kind of money.

A TERRIBLE experience ! I rarely write reviews, while always reading them in advance, but our experience was so terrible I have to do this for others hoping to spend a night here, We stayed two times, almost a week apart, May 6 & May 11th. The first night was good - large, CLEAN room, very poor just muffins and coffee breakfast but very low price for the night. Our second stay almost a week later very high price, half again possibly because of the weekend, and our very small King bed room absolutely FILTHY, CARPETS AND ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM! Had to put the bath mat down on the floor it was so filthy! The bathroom fan terribly noisy with shrieking noise. Same poor skimpy breakfast. We reported this to the desk clerk when we left. Would NEVER stay here again!

Cheap We only paid around $50 for the room, and I guess it was good enough for that price. The bathroom was kind of grimy and both the tub and sink drained super slow. Carpet also needed a deep scrub (or better yet, a replacement). Bed was comfortable enough and the location was convenient.

Good value This is where motels can excel- by offering basic accommodation, nothing fancy, but given the price point they offer decent beds/breakfast options, and clean rooms. Coffee, boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, French toast (prepackaged/place in a toaster), nothing fancy but a good offering for the price. Nice location, balconies on the upper rooms, all amenities in the rooms including a refrigerator and microwave.

Better than the underpass... It was better than sleeping in the car on the side of the road. Just so you know...wobbly toilet, but worked, worn out plater and paint, very "broken in" beds but they did the job. Adequate stay for a night. Fruit loops, Cheerios along with oatmeal for breakfast.
