Resort exceeded my expectations This resort experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff are just so nice and want to chat whilst they are working and we are relaxing. I read lots of recent reviews and didn’t spot the resort is owned by a family who are actively involved setting the example. Many staff have worked elsewhere on Antigua and say BW is the best. We met a UK travel agent who chose this resort for their family holiday and heard and met people who return year after year. Without repeating others recommendations I will just call out Owen from the water sports team for a fantastic sunset cruise. Plus Nicole who helped me organise a superb day trip to Barbuda when my DIY excursion plans unraveled! We will come back again.

Excellent service The service is excellent. I like that the staff call me by name and not madam. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, they provide a turn down service every night. Three restaurants are on property and the food is tasty at all three.

The place to be! We took a family trip including a teenager and grandparents. A great time was had by all!! The food was excellent, the staff was truly amazing and super accomodating. Nicole was able to connect us to so many great places/people to help us navigate things to do on the island. The helicopter tour to Barbuda was breathtaking. All in all a great place to stay and do things at the resort or explore the island, cannot go wrong either way. Truly one of the most beautiful places!!

The most INCREDIBLE Honeymoon. We were very picky with where to go on our honeymoon and we are so happy we got to spend it here. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome, you get a welcome drink on arrival whilst we got checked in with the front desk staff who were so friendly. Our room was stunning with a beautiful view. Very clean. Minibar topped up every day if you’re all inclusive and the maids made sure the room was in perfect condition every single day. There are three restaurants you can eat at and the level of the food was impeccable. We didn’t have one meal we were disappointed with and we were there for two weeks. The cocktails are the best I’ve ever had, and they always try them before serving them to you to make sure they’re good enough - Stephen, Tramaine, Peter & Orian make the BEST cocktails. It’s a very relaxing holiday but what is brilliant is the water sports that you can go to at any point to rent kayaks, paddle boards & hobie cats. We did the Kayak tour one day which was included. We paid extra for a the champagne sunset cruise which is totally worth it. You can also pay for snorkling which was only $35 and they take you out to a reef. The water sports guys are so helpful and great guys, especially Rocky, Del, Owen, Danny & of course, Sedre. What makes it here? The STAFF! They are all so wonderful and we’d be here all day mentioning each one of them who made our trip special. They all work so hard and are all very good people and genuinely care. Tramaine, Peter, Orian, Lauren & Stephen from the pool bar (especially making my Roy Roger’s). Dehra and Bionca from breakfast. Wendy from the gift shop, we loved our daily chats with Wendy to cool down in the air con. Cocktails on the night by Pearle and Stephen, the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. Loita who helped us book excursions and taxis to go places. Kacey & Tanza from the palm restaurant. Sheddy from The Cove. Alrick the hardest worker in the hotel who is the “caretaker” who made an effort to have a chat with us every day and always so happy. The list can go on. Thank you for a beautiful honeymoon - we can’t wait to return _❤️
