Clean & comfortable, good rates Clean, comfortable and better price than an Airnb. After staying in a few dodgy Airnb properties & Bed n Breakfast this hotel was very clean, air conditioned and well located. The pool was closed while we were there. I would have given 5 stars if it had been open.

Old and expensive The hotel itself is fine. The hotel is very dated and can use some updating. The staff weren’t the friendliest. They didn’t have a bottle of water to purchase. Rooms were cleaned but lacked imagination. No microwaves in the room. But fine hotel for 1 night. For worth the prices they are charging however.

Bad We booked two rooms at this hotel travelling with two families. We booked a hotel based on the pool and waterslides upon going to the pool in the evening. The waterslides were closed despite calling before booking to ensure that the slides would be open. We were told that this was the first evening that the pools would be open along with the slides on a non-weekend for the summer. Therefore, we booked two rooms. We ended up with very upset kids who were unable to use sides. Upon calling the front desk the receptionist told us that there was a sign up, indicating that the pool was supposed to be open with the slides, but the message didn’t get pass along to staff. She told me she would follow up on it and call me back however she never did. I also sent an email to the hotel outlining the concerns and no one ever emailed me back. We stayed on the first floor the first rooms pass a beauty salon. They were cobwebs in the window and mould on the wall. There was no conditioner in the shower, and when we tried to use shampoo, the middle holding fell off, landing on the floor of the shower.. we are not picky travellers but the money we spent to stay here for multiple families, and not having the slides and being provided or false advertisement, and no one following up with us is not good enough for the price we paid.

Location is good, but that's it. The room was dirty when we arrived, we contacted the front desk in person because we couldnt get through on the phone. We told them about the cob webs and mosquitoes that were all over the walls and ceilings by the door. They said they would come look at it and never did. The sheets are gross and arent white. The room is dark, damp and the windows are dirty. The balcony is full of build up and algae, no maintenance what so ever done to it. We didn't use it! There was food everywhere in the hallways outside of peoples doors all night, the hallways stink like food and must. The elevator is broken. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights and we are only staying for 1 night because we aren't comfortable. Tried to contact them to cancel and they tell us we have to cancel through Expedia, we get in contact with Expedia and they tell us they can't get in contact with the hotel. Very disappointed but we are still not staying. We left because we were actually afraid of getting bed bugs or something worse. When we complained that no one came to see us, they said that there was no housekeeping past 11pm. Just all round bad customer service and bad experience.

Not impressed. We booked to be close to the airport for an early flight. Very old, rooms are so so but smell bad. All in all not very impressed with this “renovated” hotel. The online images look good but don’t be fooled. You can find much better close by for the same price range.
