Don't Waste Money and Time Disappointed in hotel. Surprised is owned by Hilton brand. Staff was nonexistent and room was dirty. Don't waste time and money staying here. No one was there to check myself and my partner into hotel room. The room itself was also a bit dirty and there was flying bugs in room.

Don't believe what they tell you When I booked the room for the Park & Fly option they confirmed the shuttle service would be available for me on a flight that landed at 12:30 AM. When I contacted the hotel, the very rude front desk attendant informed me that I was out of luck and the only way for me to get back to my vehicle was with a taxi or ride share service. Very disappointed with the misinformation compounded by the extreme rudeness of the clerk on duty at 1:00 AM on the morning of 4/30/24. Misinformed about the shuttle service and park & fly option lefty me with a very poor impression of this property and a decrease opinion of Hilton properties if they allow this type of disservice and rude behavior.

Do Not Expect Much From The Shuttle Service This low rating is too bad. The hotel was fine...not GREAT....but fine. We spent the night at the beginning of our trip. However, I had the worst experience upon my return to St Louis. The wait for the shuttle was over 30 minutes, and the hotel is less than four minutes from the baggage claim area. When it arrived, a very slow moving driver came around the back of the van. I assumed he would want to load the bags first, so stepped off the curb to present my suitcase for loading. "Are you in a big hurry for me to load that bag?" I said "yes, we have been waiting over thirty minutes." This was a BIG mistake... He said, "Go back up on the curb." He then walked around to open the side door for us to enter the van. Doors locked. He had to walk all the way around the van again to unlock them. He opened the door and motioned for us to enter. I said I did not want to get in until my bag was in the van. He replied in a very surly way, "I promise your bag will be on this van." wow. By this time, I was ready to call a taxi. We squealed out of the airport and headed to the hotel. I knew the way to the hotel. He was not going the right way, but fearing our safety I said nothing. He drove for a few minutes and turned into the remote parking lot of the airport. He said, "Are you women going to the Holiday Inn or the Doubletree?" When I said the Doubletree, he turned around in the parking lot and went back the other way...the correct way to the hotel. Did he not know where he was working? I clocked it, and most certainly, if he had gone the right way, we would have been from the door of the airport to the door of the hotel in less than five minutes. Why did it take so long for the van to arrive? Traffic was not bad. Weather was not bad. Just this driver. The customer care and service of this representative of this hotel was so unacceptable, I will NEVER, EVER stay there again. If I could give ZERO stars to the quality of the shuttle service I certainly would do so.

Service/price cannot be beat We always do a park-n-fly out of stl when we go on vacation. This hotel is always clean and provides us with what we need. This time was exceptional. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus got us to the airport in ample time. It’s always a concern when we get back home how long it will take for the hotel shuttle to pick us up and get us back to our car. This time we were very pleasantly surprised that the driver was there in record time and the hotel staff was very helpful on the phone and in person. This hotel will be our go-to hotel in the future.

Great airport hotel for a quick trip Just had a great experience staying here! Michael greeted me at the front desk and sent me on my way with my key & warm chocolate chip cookies. The room was really clean, and by the looks of it, the hotel has been recently renovated. I was travelling with co-workers and we were able to do dinner on-site at the Burger Bar. Great service and burgers. They've got a bar, beer, and TVs for all the sports enthusiasts. I was only here for one night, but would stay again.
