Stay somewhere else!!! This was a horrible experience!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere - fast! The first room they gave us smelled awful and was dark and dirty. The 2nd room smelled a little better at first, but still dirty. Heavy layer of dust on ceiling fans and on AC vents, huge dead beetle on wall, stains on carpet, dirty chairs and couch, inside toilet rim was filthy, linoleum on upstairs bathroom floor was separated, downstairs ceiling fan lights would not stay on and one was missing the glass lamp shade, etc. Also - there were people smoking outside our room and the cigarette smell was being sucked in by the AC unit. So gross. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left after night 1 because it was so bad. We would have left that first night but didn't have another place to stay. I cannot believe I paid close to $250 for this disgusting room. Never before have I had this kind of experience in any hotel, let alone a Marriott brand. Steer clear by all means!

Stay Away Stay away, very far away. This property is being renovated, but it really needs to be flattened, and start all over. Dirty towels and clothing from the previous guests , used toothpicks in the nightstand drawer…are just a few highlights from our stay. Do yourself a favor and book a Residence Inn further “out” in Chesterfield. It’s with the extra 10 minute drive to avoid this property.

Needs some serious attention. Staff is super nice but the room we had was a disaster. With limited housekeeping,basically none while we were there, the room was disgusting. No covid protocols in room evident by dust in vents, Trash and debris behind furniture and cob webs everywhere. The carpets were very badly stained. A plus side was that we noted about 5 things needed fixed in room it was done the next day. Overall the room felt like a cheap hotel and not the standard I've come to expect from a Marriott.

Such upsetting service Stayed in the hotel after a long day and was exhausted. As we were checking in, we were told that they only had rooms with a single king bed available, despite making a reservation for a room for three people. We were told that they had rooms available with a pull out mattress available, and just ready to lay down, we agreed. After getting to the room and changing clothes, we opened the sofa bed, which was covered in a plastic covering around the mattress. We also noticed that there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows in the entire room. Called the front desk and asked about the plastic and was told that it should’ve been removed prior. When asking about the sheets for the bed, I was told that I would have to walk to the front desk (which is three buildings away and an outdoor walk at night) to get them myself. The attendant, Hailey, stated “That’s too bad. I’m the only person here so you’re gonna have to actually walk up here and get it” and then promptly hung up. Needing sheets, I made the walk outside in my pajamas to the front desk. Upon asking her for the sheets, Hailey rolled her eyes, got up, and put them down. I asked for a pair of scissors to be able to cut the plastic, and as she gave them to me stated “You know, it’s common practice for people to walk here to get their extra sheets! If you’re upset, you’re welcome to fill out a review on TripAdvisor!” So…. that’s what I’m doing! I have never filled out a negative review before, but was met with such sass and disregard that I had to say something. Mind you, during this, I was trying to be understanding and patient. However, the service at this location only made a bad day worse. If you’re debating staying here, you can definitely find somewhere better.
