Exceptional Service! We had exceptional customer service starting with Andra at check in, and Fernando who went above and beyond getting us settled in our room. The views from our room were spectacular of both the mountains and the lake. Excellent vacation destination.

Beware Fees upon Fees upon Fees, and little to show for it. Very disappointed. Parking $20. Resort Fee $30.72 PLUS $5 TAX! No maid service! Great fitness center with sauna and steam room. Hot tub out of order permanently! The room, basic, bed, dresser small bistro set, no desk. Drinks overpriced at $16 PLUS TAX! Caesar you have become too greedy. I'm done with you. I've stayed at 10 properties and many multiple times. Fees just keep getting worse. I suggest going elsewhere.

Horrible We booked in February to see Rod Stewart. The rooms of ours and many others feel like it is nothing more than a motel 6. Horrible service, horrible care of facility, not clean. When you pay top dollar you expect quality service's to be right on. Most bars are closed and one whole side of the casino the air don’t work and even the staff wait it has been like this for 5 years. No pool services or chairs on a beautiful day. Many people here to see Rod Steret are extremely pissed. I would think twice before I stay here. .

Conflict and cleanliness I has an altercation with a couple. Security was called by the couple. The female Security guard did not like that she could not direct Mr to leave, as I had done nothing against thier policy. She then called a supervisor that again did not like my responses to his questioning and never did question the couple. He was so disturbed he made a threat to throw me out. We finally got to a point that I could stay but watch my actions. The bathrooms were in serious need of a remodeling, as many devices were inoperable. The carpeting looks to be many years old. Just very dreary casino for such a beautiful area, Lake Tahoe.

Tired, and dated, did the job but nothing to shout about. On arrival, very welcoming staff, accessed the room early and was pleasantly surprised by the huge room layout (double queen with lake view). The lake view was disrupted by a large building site and the rear of the hotel, so not worth the extra. The room needed a clean, the blinds were grubby, and stains on the carpet. Stayed two nights, no housekeeping on the middle day. Pool out of action due to maintenance so had a 5 minute trek through the casino to Hurrah’s inside pool (very tired) for a swim. No towels were available when we go there and no one to ask for more, so went back to the hotel room to get a room towel. No concierge available so asked at check in and they had little knowledge of the area other than to direct us to information in town. Check out was seamless. Starbucks was our life saver although long queue (as you would expect). Casino very dark, and grubby carpet.
