2 bedroom lock off suite Drove to destination- check in was at a different location. Once we got checked in we were pleased with the room- plenty of room for 2 couples. Parking is tight. There is underground covered parking and outside parking. For being a reduced occupancy the parking lot was totally full outside and in the garage.

Non functional room assignment!! I was with a 30+ year owner at this resort. When the reservation was made, it was requested that we NOT be given a handicapped room. We called a couple of months ago to check on date and again confirmed a NON handicapped room. When we checked in and we’re handed the keys, we again confirmed a NON handicapped room. Guess what we got?? A HANDICAPPED room. The rooms had be redone and the shower in this room was a tiny roll in type. We were very tired from traveling and just accepted our fate. After going out to dinner, grocery store and unloading supplies - we turned on the TV and it didn’t work. We called and waited about an hour for someone to come and were told it could not be fixed until Mon- 3 days away. We then were moved next door after having to retrieve all our food, clothing, etc that had been put away for the week. A few days later I went down on the elevator with a young couple that had been put in the original unit & the TV still didn’t work and they definitely were not happy with the unit. This situation shows me that they pay zero attention to requests, they put people into rooms with things that don’t work, and they obviously could care less that they inconvenienced s long time owner.

Buyer Beware Interval should never call this a silver resort. They don’t tell you that check in is at another property that we thought we were staying at. This is a car ride from all the amenities . They do have a shuttle. The room is very old and worn. Cabinet door off the hinge. One lamp we could only turn on with pliers and silverware was missing. Every time we called they were very accommodating but takes awhile for them to respond because of the distance. The room was very warm with our heater off. When I asked if there was central heating that they could turn down, I was told that the room next door controlled our heat and I would have to open the window which opens to an outdoor public walkway and noise of cars going by. Room is large, limited kitchen is very sparse. Would only stay here if you could get a bargain price.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Where do I start.... The "resort" is dirty, extremely outdated, no staff available to assist with anything. My first night there I go and lay my child to bed, pulled back the sheets to find them dirty with a ton of hair in the bed (the sheets weren't changed). It took them 45 minutes to come and change the sheets (unacceptable). We found hair all in the bathroom, and shower as well. It was a very uncomfortable 3 day two night stay. I don't recommend anyone staying!

Very disappointing! We show up at the resort and it looks deserted. A phone on the entrance says to call to check in after hours, but it just rang and rang. We tried numerous times and walked around trying to find someone or some information. Finally after about 40 minutes, a couple staying there shows up and tells us we have to drive to a different facility to check in and this couple had the same experience. We drive to the Holiday Inn Ridge Resort , who has recently purchased it along with the Ridge Pointe. We ask about upgrading rooms to a a larger room and we are told they have 1 and 2 bedrooms available but because we booked through Diamond , we would have to make the change through them. After contacting Diamond, they inform us they no longer have the ability to see the resorts availability. We went back and forth through the middle of the next day and was told neither one could do anything even though they had rooms available. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard!! Really disappointed in their ineptitude!!
