Descent Accommodations If you are looking for a night or two stay then this is a decent choice. Yes, the hotel is dated, but staff are friendly, rooms are clean, and there are restaurants nearby by. Parking is free. It’s about a 15 min drive to Old Quebec City. It would be great to see more electrical outlets in the rooms. Otherwise, it suffices.

Horrible Customer Service; Very Off Brand With Wyndham’s Standard (Gold Member) If you’re a Wyndham Gold Member don’t expect the same level of customer service you’re used to… Staying at Wyndham hotels regularly I was appalled by the horrible customer service here. Not sure what I did to upset the Manager on Duty Sarah but she had attitude with me from start to finish with my check in where I didn’t even want to stay at the hotel anymore. No one told me where parking was, no one told me where the elevator was I had to wander around myself to find everything, if I hadnt just drove 8 hours I would have left this hotel after the experience at check in. Zero stars, do not recommend, will never be back… and please note the last two Wyndham Hotels I stayed at I gave glowing reviews… worst customer service I have ever had at any hotel ever

Stayed for a month I was here for a business trip for 1 month and it was an nice and easy stay. The staff was friendly and was extremely welcoming. The room was always clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good, the location was great as well. The only complaint I had was that towards the end of the month, I had to request to get my toilet and tub cleaned.

Not recommended at all I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham Hotel. As a fan of the Wyndham chain, I was expecting a comfortable and satisfying experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. Upon entering the room, I was hit with a strong smell of dust that made it difficult for me to breathe and left a lingering sensation in my throat. It felt as though the room had been left untouched and unventilated for years. The third floor's communal area, which housed a microwave, was equally unimpressive. The window nearby was in a state of disarray, with insects trapped in the dirt and grime. The carpet's pungent smell only added to our discomfort. Overall, my experience at Travelodge was subpar, and I would not recommend it to anyone. In fact, I doubt I'll ever consider staying at a Travelodge again.
