Not Worth the Money! My first hint about how my stay was going to go was when I reached the door to the lobby only to find a single pull-to-open door. I had to struggle with the luggage cart to get it through the door without harming my small dog. There was no one to help. After I checked in, I was informed there were no elevators! I am 78 years old and I had to wrestle my luggage and dog up a double flight of stairs to get to my room. There appeared to be construction going on, because there were signs and areas blocked off with plastic sheets and my room smelled of paint! The wifi was so slow I was unable to open pictures in emails or do anything on social media! My room was right above the lobby, so I should have had excellent wifi! The hot water was only tepid at best. I gave up on it. I had booked 2 nights, and was charged the full amount at check-in, however, after encountering all of the negative issues, I cancelled my 2nd night. I have yet to receive a refund! Oh, there was one device in the room with 2 USB charging ports on it. That was it. Each of the 2 table lamps had an AC outlet on them.

Wonderful overnight stay while traveling Everything was great! Friendly staff! Nice variety of grab and go items for breakfast! Dog friendly!

Paper thin walls and messy rooms Could hear everything in all other rooms. Very conversation, door close, toilet flush. On top of rude guests ignoring quiet hours, made for some of the worst sleep I’ve had. Especially work now draining the activities are you’d think we could pass right out. Nope. Was like someone screaming in the room with you all night. If you’re trying to sleep, this isn’t the place

Mold. Run down. Overpriced bad service from management Mild. Super Gross. Didn’t even use shower when there. Sent pictures of how gross it was.dismissed by front desk. After stay and bad review Scott Manager of La Quinta sent generic letter. Hoping we would stay again. NOPE. didn’t offer any concessions. PAID OVER $450 a night for gross room Had to stay elsewhere for rest of weekend. Don’t do it!
