Close to airport, clean rooms Close to the airport. Shuttle included and easily accessible. Great warm breakfast. Room was clean. Would stay here again. exceeded my expectations. Restaurant walking distance at a nearby hotel. Stayed only one night, booked about 5 months prior to arrival, good price.

Excellent staff and very fine facility The room was very neat and clean, as were the grounds. The front desk crew was excellent: kind, helpful and accommodating. The shuttle van drivers were as near perfect as humanly possible. The facility is two story, but there is no elevator, so if stairs are a problem for you, beware.

charged for parking even though we were told we would have freen parking We had confirmed before arriving, we had complementary parking. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was for the complementary parking We received no receipt at checkout. Later, we receive an email with the bill and we were charged for parking. I contacted the front desk. Basically, we were told "So sad too bad"!! AVOID THIS PLACE

Great Place to Stay We travel a few times a year and always fly out of Dallas airport and we always stay at the best Western there because the people there are great, the rooms are clean and the shuttle is so convenient.

Old and Creepy The room smelled so bad that I was nauseous and I saw something black run across the floor. I also felt unsafe because I had to enter from outside and it was dark and there were people in the parking lot in cars, mostly men.
