Great weekend in Stillwater Stayed at this Hampton Inn on a trip to Stillwater, right from the start staff super friendly, room was clean, breakfast again staff was there to greet you and told you what was being served. Really a great experience. Hotel is close to everything 5 minutes to campus Walmart right next door. Gotta say Hotel has it together.

Easy In - Easy Out Our stay had several great pluses. Easy check in, late breakfast hours, clean swimming pool, clean room, great bedding, friendly staff and late checkout made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn when staying in Stillwater.

Raw Sewage in bathroom sink. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I checked in online and was assigned a room. When I arrived, at 10pm, I found a bathroom SINK FULL OF SEWAGE. The front desk told me that the hotel was full and I could not be moved but they would comp my stay for the night. I was able to get the sink to drain and was able to wipe out the sink so that I could brush my teeth and wash my face. The next morning we asked the front desk to be sure and have the room cleaned thoroughly since there was also sewage splattered on the floor. When I went to check out on Sunday, they did not comp my room and implied that I had lied about the issue. My only regret is that I did not take a photograph of the problem before cleaning it up.

Management is terrible I walked into this hotel Nov.10 2023 to use the restroom as i do with all the hiltons being a diamond member never had a issues before this hotel had a fellow upfront that said there are no restrooms to use in the hotel if you don't have reservations regardless if your a diamond member or not which is a lie because i confirmed with hilton HR about the issue, the man upfront refused to give his name but but insisted on talking to me (very slow) incompetently as if i can’t understand English because i questioned why they would lie about such a silly thing, I honestly think the man was judging me on my appearance since i work in the oil field i was a little dirty that day he didnt care to see my membership i.d. Or anything he just kicked me out i was very upset had to go across the street to Home2Suites and was greated by a fellow who treated me like family and let me us the restroom. Point is just on the front desk hospitality alone i will never be giving my business to that location i hope hilton sees the reoccurring complaints on there front desk staff and makes changes for the better.

Typical Hampton, very good value The hotel is located away from campus and downtown so it was pretty quiet. There's a Walmart next door if you need supplies. Otherwise the area has mostly car dealerships and no restaurants are walkable. My room was fairly clean except for hairs left behind in the sink and tub. The usual Neutrogena bottles were absent. Instead there are pumps in the shower and one small bar of hand soap for the sink. There was no housekeeping (I guess only on request) so I made my soap and towels last for 4 nights. Bed was a little firm but ok. The duvet was thick, heavy, and hot. The room A/C had a noisy fan and cycled on and off often. There's a fridge, microwave, coffee, and large TV. Plenty of outlets for charging. The gym had some free weights and a few machines. I didn't use the outdoor pool. Breakfast was nothing special but a good variety. Apples were the only fruit option. Overall a great hotel for a low price (under $100).
