Excellent! I am surprised by the negative reviews. We have stayed here multiple times & every time the stay has been great! Very clean, nice big room, & quiet. The man at the front desk in the evenings is very friendly. Cleaners, always friendly! Yes, you only get 1 pod of decaf coffee & 1 pod of regular, but you just have to ask for more! The nice cleaning lady always asked me if I needed more towels, coffee etc. I love the Dove soap dispensers, along with the lotion, shampoo, & conditioner. So smart! I manage buildings for a living & I am telling you, this is a well-kept, NICE hotel. We will see you for homecoming at the end of October!

Disappointed Very disappointing. Room was fine though had only one caff and one decaf coffee pod, only 2 cups, no real cream. No freezer in frig. No ice available on floor. Had to go to front desk and wait in line. Printer not working in business office and no sign to indicate so my husband wasted much time trying to get it to work. Next day front desk kindly printed document. Very disappointing $10 breakfast. No serving utensils out - we were not early arriving. No knives out. No toaster. Evidently broken. Apples only fresh fruit and didn't look great. Cereals seemed aimed for children. Coffee wasn't hot when I returned to heat up mine. On our travels every breakfast we have had, all free with room, have been better than this. Very pleasant staff.

A disaster.. This hotel is a wreck. Going thru a remodel. Nails on hallway floor. Pillows covered hallway. Rooms terribly dirty. Managers office carpet terribly dirty. This is a terrible way to treat customers. Will never stay here again. How could they let this hotel get This run dow.

Terrible Service and Failure to Communicate Terrible service. I should have read all the bad reviews before I came here. Shame on me. Let me explain. I made a telephonic reservation and the employee for the same hotel failed to tell me that most of the hotel was under renovation and the breakfast and bar enmities were shut down. The same employee failed to tell me that I would be charged another $50 dollars for incidental charges on my credit card that could take up to 14 days to be credited if there were no problems in the room after I checked-out. Wow. Talk about the lack of communication. Upon check-in, I asked for a discount, but the employee refused and tried to justify that the rooms where already under $100 so it didn't matter about the renovation and no commentary breakfast nor bar access. This assertion from the employee is false because prior to the hotel renovations, the price for the same rooms were unchanged and offered breakfast and bar access. I tried twice to use the two elevators, but each time it was being used by hotel contractors who were transporting construction material and trash as part of the renovations. This forced me to use the stairs and I have disability problems. I will never go to this hotel again.

Horrible! This place is a joke. The younger staff is clueless and can’t even think the straight. The manager was at Disneyland instead of checking on her property. She never called while I was there or once she returned. The pool/jacuzzi was filthy. The water was cold my daughter tried to swim. There was no bar access or breakfast and no staff to attempt to complete these task. My room wasn’t properly cleaned before I checked in and I after I complained the kid at the front desk just offered to give me new sheets so I could change the bed. The carpets are stained, the walls are filthy. It’s outdated and overpriced.
