Substandard health conditions The toilet was not secured properly to the floor in my hotel bathroom, there was a sticky residue on floor in my hotel room, and the continental breakfast was subpar; waffles, cereal, and toast was the extent of the menu.

THE MOST AMAZING COMFORT!! I stayed in room 308 and I loved how clean and fresh my room was, The hallway was clean and elevators cleaned the lobby the floors, and the Front Desk, a neat orderly grocery area! I was impressed! I loved the hotel front desk staff impeccable Mary and amazing Miranda the hilarious kind Greg, and the sweetest Jonathan all made my stay so comfortable! The housekeepers and Juan the maintenance guy amazing! I enjoyed Gym, pool, and Back area terrace where I could sit n the sun, and I enjoyed how I had any issue at all it was resolved happily and efficiently! the best stay at Choices I ever did and I will be coming back as long as they are there! You guys put comfort in Comfort Suites cannot thank you again!!

Great choice! This Comfort Suites was one of the nicest hotels where we have stayed. The young lady checking us in, and the young man checking us out, were pleasant and efficient and made us smile and feel welcome. The room was clean and the bed was especially comfortable. Breakfast reminded me of pre-pandemic offerings and included omelets. The little convenience store offered ice cream and frozen dinners, along with the usual chips, drinks and candy. If you want to be close, but not actually stay in Atlanta, this is a very good option! We will definitely stay here again when we are _on the road again!_

Most Helpful Staff The older property was clean and welcoming. The night staff Angela and Jonathan we polite and accommodating. Jonathan even helped us to our room. What a nice young man. The breakfast was delicious and full of all types of breakfast foods….Jason was the man on duty there. I even got the business card of the manager….so I can call direct. I prefer calling the front desk as to a central number. Thank you Craig for your help. Wonderful staff…..pleasant night stay.

Should be called DisComfort Suites... Guest Beware!... We made the mistake of waiting until management went home (they leave at 3pm) to inquire about a late check out and had the "pleasure" of dealing with Brittany, a model of customer dis-service... In addition to telling us there were no late check outs (past 12pm) under any circumstances, she refused to give me a number to contact management - although it was only about 4pm. She said "I don't have to, I'm handling it" in a callous, disrespectful way and walked to the back. It should be noted this same "Ms. Hospitality" was the person I had called with some questions before coming to the hotel and who had gotten snippy when I simply asked, "With whom am I speaking?". We should have canceled our reservation then... The drain in the shower was stuck closed so a shower turned into a bath. They did repair it, but who wants the hassle? Sheets are 100% polyester, ALL towels are a cotton / poly blend and a fresh towel feels like you're using a wet towel that has just been used. The supposed included "Breakfast" was cold - and I mean cold - coffee with no milk or half & half - but an assortment of chemical "lighteners" akin to white paint - and an assortment of packaged muffins that have enough preservatives to remain edible to the next century... Overall, this stay made Motel 6 look good! Find somewhere else...unless, of course, you'd like to meet Brittany, the poster person for customer service with a smile...
