Happily Surprised The staff at this particular Super 8 are great - very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices, and it was all fresh and delicious! Don't let the location on a busy corner and the age of the building. The rooms are clean and quiet. Many eating options close by. And it's very affordable. The best stop on our family road trip.

Upgrade They need to upgrade this hotel. TV had burn marks on the screen from LED lights, also the TV stations are different depending on your TV you have which made usuing the remote not user friendly, bed was rock hard, toilet seat was old and stained, shower faucet sprayed water. Overall very disappointed

Business Trip Nice clean hotel. The staff is great, they seem to really care that you have a comfortable stay. Best customer service of any hotel I have stayed at in Storm Lake. I travel to Storm Lake on a regular basis, I have always stayed at a different hotel, since my first stay here this is now my go to hotel.

Clean and quiet hotel The staff was eager to assist us at checkin. We did not have a reservation but a room was available. I asked for first floor and the clerk obliged. The room was clean and turned over well. It did lack a coffee maker but the clerk offered to provide one.

Clean room, would stay again. Stayed a night over the holidays. The hotel is on a busy corner and you do hear traffic noise at night. Conveniently located across the street from the walgreens and next door to a liquor store, that has late hours. Our room was the first floor, about 50 feet away from the store front door, hopefully the sound is less in other parts of the hotel. The room was very clean. Bathroom has a bad water smell. Another location across town has the same smell, so it was not specific to our room. Hotel was clean, parking lot was clear and well kept. Service was adequate. Would stay here again. Bed was comfortable, Slept great.
