All we needed.. We stayed here about five years ago and enjoyed it. Thought we would give it another try. For the price I don’t think it can be beat. Only a few miles from Stowe ski resort. The rooms are small and simple, but clean, quiet and very comfortable. The people that own and manage the place are very nice and super accommodating. It was excellent to come back from skiing and enjoy the hot tub, sauna, and pool. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

I came back for a second, and a third time. I wouldn't have come back if I didn't like it the first time. There have been lots of improvements since I was here in 2020. The lodge rooms are clean and comfortable with updated bathrooms. The staff couldn't be nicer. I would gladly stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and affordable. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, convenient place to call home during your time in Stowe, highly recommend. We wanted a place close to skiing at Stowe with a flexible cancellation policy. Our room was small and not “modern” but clean, comfortable and quiet. The free breakfast was perfect for a quick & hot bite before a day of skiing. The kids had fun in the indoor pool while my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and sauna (helped when we had some unfortunate rain instead of snow). Easy access to everything, free shuttle to stowe mountain resort has a pick up/drop off right out front (a convenient alternative to driving to the mountain). Entire staff were extremely attentive, friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

Brief stay Sheets were clean and bathroom is clean. Has a laundry. It stops there. Very low quality motel. Needs total renovation. Everything old really old and strange. Pool has an inside foot bridge to cross to get from lobby to rooms. It was like a college dorm. Outside door stays unlocked thru night so I am not sure about safety!

Yesteryear charming! The Northern Lights Lodge team is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and filling. The property is yesteryear charming. My room was comfortable and clean. Don’t forget your nightlight if you can’t sleep in pitch black. It gets dark up here!
