Dirty, Smelly, Unkempt, Disgusting, Nasty, Sketchy There is not one good thing I can say about this place other than the new front desk agent was friendly during the process. She was on speaker phone with another employee the entire night walking her through things. The entire place stinks of smoke despite the fact that it says "no smoking" throughout except for a few smoking rooms. The manager was entirely rude, putting it mildly. The first room had to electricity. We went back and the front desk agent asked if we tried to turn on the light switches. HAHA. What a joke. Second room had Popeye's chicken bags on the bed with food everywhere, beds weren't made and again, no power. The third and final attempt at a room again had no power. After that we told the agent we were looking for another place to stay. Three times was three times more patient than we should have been with this place. There were rooms with no locks on the door, scotch tape holding the elevator buttons in, damage to the interior everywhere. Overall this place was sketchier than anything I've ever seen. A complete dump, dive, or any other synonym of decrepit you can think of.

HORRIBLY OUTDATED When i booked my room for my stay here it was late and the other hotel that i was suppose to go to did not have my room. Got online and found this hotel.... The pictures on line and what you see in person are deceiving. I for one got off the expressway and when the GPS said i arrived it looks like i pulled up to an an old banquet center. Parking lot broke up big pot holes... So i said ok let me go in... The inside looks very old... This hotel probably was something nice in the 80's. I said you know what i need to be up early i already paid lets see the room. Wall paper had water damage the elevator was missing numbers. The room door shut like it was closing a dungeon door. This hotel was beyond bad and i would not recommend anyone stay here. If i would have read the reviews first i would not have let the look fool me.

Dive Stayed at this dump wit a group of about 100. This place is about the worst place I have ever stayed. (I average 50 nights year on the road). Mouse bait in every room. Hookers plying their trade. Garbage, broken glass everywhere in the parking lot. Trash containers overflowing everywhere. The elevator was missing buttons and was filthy. I could go on and on but it's nauseating even to write about. Go sleep under an overpass. You will be safer and cleaner.

The room had mice!!! The room had mice. Working with management has been a nightmare. Not much else matters after that. This place should have been torn down a long time ago. Everytime I called to talk to a manager I got a new Manager.

Manager called JAMES is a very nasty and rude JAMES, who is the manager of this hotel is very nasty and rude. Called to inquire about my reservation of a banquet hall and he hung up on me several times. Besides hanging up, he threw a barrage of insults my way. Do not stay at this place till JAMES is fired.
